The woman who was working here was EXTREMELY rude to my mother who came in to have a dress altered. The woman threw the dress back on the counter and said, «Come back some other time. I’m too busy!» Then she turned and walked away. When I tried to talk to her about her rude behavior, she wouldn’t even turn around! Hard to believe they are still in business with this lack of customer service! Would NEVER return or suggest this place to a friend. We will go back to DW Cleaners across the street!

I just confirmed why I don’t go to this place. The last time I went here was in 2011 and for some reason I thought their attitude would have improved so I went this past week. The Asian man does not seem bad but the Asian woman is just plain rude with no business ethic. Whether she’s the owner or a worker you don’t throw a receipt to your customer. Their price is relatively high compared to other places. Again, not recommending this place. I give it a 1 star for cleaning my clothes.

Decent dry cleaners… it’s just their prices change… they charge different prices for the same cleaning services… very strange.
