Wish I could give them 0 stars. So rude how do you expect to have customers. Brought my own cap but hey I have to purchase a cap for $ 1. Oh hey you can only try on 3 wigs. I hope my $ 1 was worth it cause I’m going somewhere else.

don’t waste your money here they are rude and no refunds i will never buy from here and they follow you like your trying to steal,

I will never come to this place again. I was on a journey to find 5 wigs for my vacation. First entered the store and there were only two other customers in the store with 2 employees from what I can see when entering. Walked around for 10 – 15 minutes still not greeted until after reaching for my 4^th wig that someone would finally assist me. Then was advised I need to purchase a cap for a dollar try on due to sanitary reasons (understandable) but then they say I can only try on three wigs because they don’t like to keep bringing them down. So basically they don’t care to sell a person the amount of wigs they want KNOWING no lady is going to buy a wig without trying it on at least. Don’t worry I took all my cash to another store willing to offer me suggestions and purchased them there. Clearly a place that is not aware they are open because of customer!

My finance was in a horrific car accident the day after purchasing products from this so called «business». Tried to contact Sonny the Manager regarding a refund, but was stonewalled by Cindy (didn’t identify herself). Was told they don’t «do refunds» under any circumstances. Buyer beware, they are not flexible with their policy under extreme circumstances? Stay away… BUYER BEWARE!

I bought 2 bundles of human hair, platinum blonde. I glued them in, and they are incredibly nappy already. They do not feel or look like human hair. I spent 270 $ on 100% human hair. The glue they have isn’t holding in well. Their color choice of dyes are nice, but low quality. From what I saw, their wigs are very expensive for something so brittle. They don’t look real. I don’t plan on coming back here again.

The staff is unwelcoming until you are actually at the cash register. Most of their clients are of black/​African American decent. You can’t help but notice an attitude of visible distrust and prejudice in the way they are treated by the B & B employees. Price increases frequently. I have chosen to do business elsewhere for that reason.

I find what I need. The staff, though not pegged as ‘friendly’ aren’t mean or rude either. It’s not too far from home and I don’t feel on edge going over to the store at night so…
Works for me.
