B & M Turf & Sprinkler Systems

A valve on my sprinkler system broke, and my regular sprinkler repair place was booked for several weeks. B&M sent out a tech who not only fixed the valve, but also adjusted the sprinklers, repaired two broken sprinkler heads and helped me set my automatic system. He was polite, helpful and patient with my young son — who insisted on asking a ton of questions and following the tech everywhere he went. It was also a reasonable overall bill. I was very happy with the service I received, and I will be calling this company again as my new No. 1 choice for lawn and sprinkler service! I highly recommend this company.

Bill and his crew just came out to my house for some backyard clean-​up due to poor builder grading. To be honest, I figured that since I wasn’t the paying customer I wouldn’t get the best service. Boy was I wrong! They came out with our builder to discuss how to fix the wash-​out from the hill behind our house, and Bill returned only a few days later with his great crew. Instead of just putting a bandaid on the problem, he did a complete fix. We had sand and sediment in areas of our mulch and rock beds. He completely removed the material, cut out existing weed barriers, and then replaced it all with brand new materials! Not only that, but he covered all of our rock and mulch areas with new material so that it wouldn’t look patchy. We really thought we were stuck with a problem that wouldn’t go away, but they did a fantastic job making it look good as new. And the three guys doing the work were great… quiet, open to our input and respectful. It was a windy day so they even watered down the new mulch for us, without me asking. Bill even gave us unsolicited advice for the burn marks on our yard. I would really recommend this company as they went above and beyond. The final result is spectacular!
