Horrible customer service. I preordered a galaxy s7 on February 26^th from this location and was promised a $ 200.00 gift card and was forced to pay $ 50.00 for the phone to preorder placed on a gift card. The representative advised everything went through and all I had to do is when I come in use the the gift card to pay the taxes on the phone when it come in. I come in on March 7^th and I give them my preorder form. The manager «Dre» said I had to pay an additional $ 360.00 to purchase the phone and we don’t have the $ 200.00 promotion anymore. They stated it was a deposit. I advised I was told by the previous representative that I had no deposit and would receive a $ 200.00 gift card, SD card, and glasses that come with the phone. I told them I was no longer interested and wanted my $ 50.00 deposit back. Manager refused stating that because I preordered the phone they would not give back the money they put on a gift card. The staff at this location all look like they’re 16 and will do anything for a sale and the manager didn’t care if they mislead me or not. I will never do business with BEST BUY EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!
