AMAZING!!! The food was just super delicious and EXACTLY what we expected!!! Not to mention their customer service! Such a friendly family and a cutie little toddler hanging out with me while I waiting for my to go meals. Thank you Bite of Fusion! I will definitely be back again soon:)

5⁄5 the food, the staff, the environment, and having an Asian restaurant in that area makes it all better! That area doesn’t have a close Asian restaurant nor phở to grab! And once they opened that restaurant, my drive to in search for a good tasting bowl of phở was made a lot easier for a drive down the street. The waitress Linh was very friendly and helpful during the whole time I was there eating. She takes care of your needs!

I really want to like this place and it absolutely has the potential to be better but sadly it’s falling short. My suggestion to them would be don’t be afraid of spice and nail down your sauces. Pros — Staff is very friendly, helpful and top notch. The décor is clean, kept up and pleasant. Cons — The food. The flavor is there but it just has something small that makes the dishes feel like they are lacking. Which can turn a well executed dish into a «meh, it’s alright» one. They can prep and cook their dishes really well but some of the sauces/broth don’t seem right. So far I have tried the Phở, Phad Thai, Fried Rice and Bai Special. Phở, the make it or break it is a solid broth. Yes, there are tons of variations on broth and everyone makes it different. This one just seemed a bit too light like it was lacking some star anise or roasted oxtail. It had a heavy beef flavor but it was missing(for the lack of a better term) the Umami taste. Pad Thai, I love Pad Thai! I have even cooked my own Pad Thai. What I also really like about it is how different the dish can be. One way I have not had it however is with a sauce that is like soup. The flavor was right. It had the sweet peanut and sour tamarind but the sauce was as thin as water and spilled all over the to go bag. The dish I got was basically a Pad Thai soup. Boiled noodles in a peanut water sauce. Just missed the mark for me. Bai Special, was alright, the meat was flavored well. But it wasn’t a dish that made me want to keep eating more of it.

Great location, immediately outside of Buckley’s Mississippi gate. Nice interior. I had the red curry, really good flavor and good portion size. Others with me both enjoyed what they had, pad Thai and Vietnamese sandwich. The nachos are an experience, but the flavors work. All together considering location, friendliness of staff, speed of service and food quality, this will be a regular place for me.

This just opened up across the street from us and we finally got a chance to eat and it was worth it. Food was delicious(with special note to the wonton nachos), affordable, and the service was energetic and personable. This definitely could be our place in the neighborhood, within walking distance. We’ll be back soon!

Stop in yesterday during there soft opening. The full menu wasn’t available yet but should be very soon according to the owner. My wife and I both enjoyed the flavorful food and plan on going back as soon as possible. The location is very convenient to Buckley Air Force Base.
