First, I can tell you that there is not enough stores like this in Denver. Im sorry if i dont want to cuff my jeans and dress like new kids on the block or whatever you cal the new trend. I am a country gentlemen and im grateful that there are places like Boot Barn close by.
Customer service is good depending on who you get and what day you go. Store is clean and nice, selection is ok but could use some improvement. But, it is a smaller store so thats forgiven.
