I don’t want to give this restaurant a bad review; they’re the only location that is near my place. But they always, always mess up on my order. The people never listen to anything I demand. They have this peculiar behavior where they give attitude when you point out that they missed an item. I’m disappointed because the food is delicious and it does meet my expectations. They always have. But the service and slow pace goes beyond me. The three stars is even too generous for the service provided.

Stopped here for lunch on my way out of town and was greeted and helped promptly. My food was ready quickly and my order was correct. Staff was friendly and polite. I didn’t actually like my chicken fries but that’s because I didn’t realize they were going to be spicy. French fries were HOT, tender, flavorful and very salty. Overall this was a good visit. Also used the women’s restroom and it was decently clean and well-​stocked. The stall I used did not have a place to hang my purse though.

Don’t come here of you’re in any type of hurry! I saw an employee popping a fry in her mouth as she was putting together an order. I think that’s against a health violation of some sort.

The worker who took my order completely started the dominoe affect of a horrible experience. She first failed to read back our order to assure accuracy. This worried both people in our party. Our worries were spot on. When we went to go look through our order a second worker rest assured that out order was not only accurate but everything was there. When we got back to the hotel we were 3 sandwiches short of our order and two other sandwiches were completely wrong. When arriving back to BK I explained that the ball was completely wrong and that it would result in me eating cold food and having to drive out of our way and were just offered an apology with a snarky attitude asking what we actually ordered. I pointed at the worker who took our order and told her she was the one who screwed up the actual order and then informed her that’s SHE herself tried to reassure us that our order was complete and right. No apology from the manager who came out after she overheard what was screwed up and she walked past me twice. Rest assure this is going to affect your online rating as I’m planning to copy and paste this exact experience.

If you are passing by the I-​70 and Chambers and hungry for some quick food. this place is it. Located at the SE corner bit hidden away but all locals knows its here and lots of traffic during the lunch hours. Plenty of parking, easy in and out. great people!
