Went to try Halloween burger and they were sold out!!! It was 6:00 on a Sunday night and there was no one in the restaurant! How could you be out of the Halloween burger a week and a half before Halloween.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I’m surprised this place is still open. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food and when I got home(I live literally down the street), my food was cold and I also discovered a sandwich was missing. I called and whoever I spoke to told me I could come get 2 free meals the next day or 2 days after that completely missing the point I didn’t have my dinner. He started talking to someone saying how he didn’t know that my food wasn’t in the bag completely ignoring the fact that I was still on the phone. Needless to say, I didn’t get my dinner and I had to deal with someone who continued to promise me things instead of giving me what he messed up. Don’t go here; if you want Burger King, there’s one in Montgomery that I rather drive to than this one for cold, messed up orders.

Food was cold and quite frankly, not even cooked. Drive through workers extremely rude. If you go here after ten on a Friday night, you will get crap service and food. I wouldn’t feed my worst enemy this food.

We only go if there is no other option and most Burger Kings are ok. However, the drive thru is horrible. The drive thru speaker you can’t hear him, he can’t hear you, and it takes forever to order because you say«number 5 with a rootbeer and onion rings». «ok that’s a number 12 with a coke and fries?» «no!». Basically something like that. Also, the last time we went we had to pull up and wait for our food and after about 10 minutes, they finally brought it out. Before driving off, I checked it and we were still missing food. When I went in to get my veggie burger that was lacking, they laughed and said«oops». Um, yeah. I think not.

Though I’m not big into fast food, I suddenly had a hankering for a cheeseburger and onion rings… with few options I cruised to this Burger King for a Whopper Jr meal. BIG mistake. Drive through speaker: barely worked Drive through worker: could barely speak, didn’t listen(order repeated three times, «no, a medium COKE, like COCACOLA») One might think«third times the charm» in getting the order correct. Soda was Sprite, received fries instead of onion rings and burger had all the wrong toppings. I could have ordered three or three hundred times, I have a feeling the order still would have been wrong in the end. Food cold, poorly put together… Thanks to Burger King for reminding me why I never eat fast food!
