Worst property management company I have ever experienced. Their management contact, aka the face of the company toward the residents that pay her salary, is the most rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional person I have ever interacted with. She literally hung up on me as well as my insurance agent on the phone. Every resident I have spoken with in my community has had similar experiences. Please consider an alternate property management group. A company like this does not deserve anyone’s business.

These people are horrible!!! No return calls, they try to shove off their job to you as the homeowner or blame it on their vendor who they continue to use. There is absolutely no reason to do business with these people. excuse after excuse and I have only been doing the simple things that any property mgt co should be able to handle in a few minutes. If they worked as hard at doing the work as they do blowing you off and making excuses they would be great

CPMG should get no stars at all. I was on the HOA Board when CPMG managed my building. They were very unresponsive, very unprofessional and plagued by negligence after negligence, mistake after mistake. Very poor paperwork and record keeping. My HOA worked way too hard doing most of their work even though we paid for their services. Not up to the times in terms of technology, communicatifailons and service(they don’t even know how to use email). Not suited for managing higher end properties, let alone any kind of property that’s not a ghetto crack den in Aurora. Lynda Reifman was our property manager and also the owner of the company. She could not perform professionally and failed to respond to resident’s calls in a timely manner. She was also afraid of heights so she could not attend to issues that relate to balconies and our rooftop deck so a Board member would have to the job for her. We also questioned a lot of the contractors they used as they were overpriced and not very good at what they did, so I’m guessing CMPG is probably getting kickbacks. When we decided to fire CPMG, we had to hire our lawyer to escort us when we picked up our files as we heard about an incident where CPMG simply dumped off boxes of confidential and sensitive files on the curb in haste of another downtown condo when they were fired. CMPG owed me money for Board related expenses which I never got paid back, but that was fine because I was more happy to see them go and was paid back when our new management company replaced them. The Better Business Bureau gave CPMG their worst possible rating, an ‘F’, and rightfully so. There are lots of reputable and professional property management companies out there that deserve your business and trust, unfortunately CPMG fails miserably on so many levels.
