If I could give a negative rating I would. I took my TV there because the cable plug connector on the back of my TV had broken off. When I called over the phone I explained my problem, and that the plug just needs to be soldered back on. On the phone I was told it would cost $ 50 inspection fee, which is non refundable and would be applied towards the costs of the repair. However I told him what the exact problem was, and asked him how much would it cost to solder the cable plug connector back on, and was told it would just cost the $ 50. The next day I get a call saying that it will cost $ 125 and that the $ 50 is non-​refundable. A new TV in walmart costs $ 250 might as well go and buy a new one. This guy is a scam, tells you one thing over the phone, once you pay the $ 50 he will call you back and tell you he needs more money. He is also extremely rude, and does not care about customer service at all. He did not refund any of my money, and did not fix the problem. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! HE IS A SCAM

One of the best places for repairing anything electronic. The service was great and quick. The prices are outright not expensive either. I recommend this place to anyone, who needs assistance with their electronics.

Arthur is rude and charges you a lot more than quoted on phone.
The diagnostic for my tv was $ 95. he reset my tv during the diagnostic test and sends me a invoice of $ 195 (calls its arepair) on my tv.
Never ever will I go to him for any repair.
