Deb Shops

This store is a hot, freaking mess. There are always clothes on the ground, racks filled with clothes in the middle aisle, and the racks are just too damn close together.
What this store does offer is cheap clothing. Feel it. It feels cheap, so you are getting what you pay for. I only come in here to purchase tank tops now, but when I get to the cashier I regret my decision.
Forget the dressing room — the carpets are dirty. It looks like a million people have wiped their muddy hands and feet, and quite possibly crapped, all over the carpet. It can also be impossible to track someone down to unlock one of the fitting rooms.
There is always a wait in line, and for some reason, they are the slowest cashiers I’ve ever encountered.
I loved this place in high school when my neighborhood mall didn’t have a Deb store. I’ve never been embarassed to shop anywhere — heck, I buy a lot of clothes at Goodwill these days, but I’d be hard pressed to admit that «I got it at Deb,» like their neon green shopping bags declare. When I purchased my last tank top here for $ 12, I shoved the Deb bag inside another one to hide my shame.
2 stars for the cheap tank tops. But buyer beware, almost all of the plus size tank tops, with the exception of the crappy colors no one wants, are only in stock in size 3x.

I’ve shopped at Deb a few times since recently moving to the area, and you can find some good sales and cute clothes. I found a nice pair of jeans with rhinestones that are really cute. But the look of the store itself is pretty rundown, and the dressing room… OMG! I wouldnt take my shoes off cuz the floor was nasty and the carpet was all ripped up. Please remodel your store soon and I’d be happy to shop there more!

Maybe it’s just because I went during prom season, but I never thought I could find lots of potential bridesmaid dresses here! There were some pretty solid options for the fun ‘n’ flirty types.
I’m not one to accessorize (my ability is Shirt + Pants = Done), but I found all the accessories I needed for my bridesmaid dress. And, surprise, surprise, a bracelet and hairpiece for the bride!
Aside from a great selection of dresses, there were more shoes than you’d expect for a medium-​sized store, tons of accessories, and a lot of pretty cute outfits for daily wear too. A solid stop on your way in (or out).
