Slow service, lousy coffee, everyone was more concerned about what they did the night before than the customers. Should have looked at reviews before eating here.

I first order a coffee, tell her I drink coffee fast and kindly asked to swing by a bit more often. she confirms. I had three refills the hour i lazily spent there. the third I needed creamer and she took like ten minutes to come back and realize she forgot, and another 5 minutes after I got the creamer. she was so slow, and for no reason. there were two other tables there at 12am. I was stoned off muh buns and more on my game than she was I ordered the Belgian waffle slam, and 5 minutes later I find out that THEYHAZN0W4FFLEZ? omgggg! so i ordered the country fried steak instead. When i got it there was a layer of gravy as thick as the steak itself, and the toast was hard and warmish. I got the apple crisp desert, and they dont have vanilla ice cream LOL terrible.

We simply got up and left. We waited over 5 minutes after being seated but nobody went to see us. Then my wife went to the hostess to complain about the lack of attention. She responded with indifference and did nothing to improve the situation. After another few minutes someone finally told us she would attend go us shortly, but them disappeared for another few minutes. That’s when we just up and left.

DONOTCOMEHERE! We finally got up and left because the service was so horrible… or lack thereof. Seating took 5 minutes and once we got our menus it took ten minutes just for the waitress to acknowledge us. The kicker is she said«I’ll get to ya’ when I get to ya’». We were shocked! We sat in disbelief for a few moments before me and my wife got up to leave when we realized it wouldn’t get much better. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars.

Apparently I went to this place on a bad day. I got right in. I was checked in on by a waitress within a minute. I got my food within 5 minutes after I already got my Iced Tea served. The waitress was friendly. The food was better than expected. Refills on my Iced Tea was quick. I ordered the Prime Rib Cobb Salad; the meat was good, warm and plentiful. The veggies were fresh. The avocado was perfect. The Cherry Tomatoes were a little firm. The dressing was plenty and good; Blue Cheese in case you want to know. Yeah, according to the Unilocalers I expected this place to really suck. Oh, there was an issue with the lemons for my tea had seeds in them… Bastards! Obviously at lot more people eat here than have Unilocaled. It’s right next to a hotel as captive patrons and for those on foot, it’s the only place other than McDonalds within a normal walk. I’m figuring 99% don’t Unilocal the place so the 1 Star just doesn’t do it justice. Hopefully this review will help bring them out of the toilet. Give them a try; it’s not food and service from hell. And then write a damn review you lazy bastard!

This is not one of the better Denny’s. I usually like Denny’s but this is one to avoid. What others have said is true. Each time I have gone(twice) has been around lunch time and I understand if its busy the order may take a little longer but when there is less than 10 people and it takes 40 minutes to cook a burger and make some nachos there’s a problem. The only reason I went a second time is in hopes maybe it was a off day for them but no slow service and sub-pare food.

I almost never write negative reviews. The waiter got all weird with me because when he came up, my mouth was full and I pointed to an item(not in a rude way-I indicated that my mouth was full) and he made a huge deal about it. Then I got upset and asked to talk to a supervisor. Note-anyone who knows me knows I practically NEVER do this kind of thing and try my best to never be a rude customer. The supervisor was very nice and apologized and then he did, but the experience still ruined my day. I agree with all the other 1 star reviews and won’t be having breakfast here(staying at the Quality Inn next door). I almost didn’t write this because the supervisor WAS very nice, but I kind of resent still being in a pissed off mood after eating dinner. I was already having a bad day.

So, my fiancé ate eggs from here last night, and he’s been puking for 12 hours straight. Oh we ordered two skillets– got hash browns, sausages, eggs(scrambled, I asked over easy) and 2 pancakes. For 20 bucks. I wish I could give it no stars. It really doesn’t deserve them.

I’ve ate her 2 times. Stupid me. I didn’t learn the 1st time food is gross. I don’t care for the staff. They act trashy and have serious smoking habbits. Every chance they had they would run outside for a cancer stick. I waited at the till to pay for about 5 min one time. While the manager was out smoking. I should have just walked away. They should pay you to eat here

Being a trucker I have eaten here many times and I always walk out regretting it. Today I got a glass of water before my meal and the glass had a small dark spot inside of it which I scraped off with a straw. I asked the waitress for another glass and just as my food was being brought out I noticed that there were white spots on the second glass of water that I’d gotten. I asked to add hash browns to my meal and the manager walked up and said you’d be better off to buy such and such because this will cost you 50 cents more. I said thats a waste you’re just going to throw this food away to remake other stuff I just want hash browns on the side. Then I said just forget it this will be enough for me anyway. Always walk away from this place feeling regretful that I had to come in here again.

After waiting for 5 minutes to get seated I left. The employees clearly saw me but went about their business tending to the mere 7 tables that had customers at them. This service is so bad they need to fire the general manager and probably the regional manager as well. Someone with zero restaurant experience could run this place better.

What a joke. Food is par, it’s Denny’s 6.5÷10 Service is null, 1⁄10 Plenty of places to sit, 5 – 15 mins waiting at the front entrance. No one to greet you. Finally get sat, manager walks away, says waitress will take my order. Really? You can even take a drink order manager? 10 mins later, get our drink order and food order in. No refills, waitress disappears, another girl refills our drinks and brings our food. Staff is just slow, has no concern for customers. This place is a joke, everyone needs to get fired. When your employees are more interested in there cells phones and talking in the back, it’s time to find new ones.

*sigh* I tried, I really tried to give this place another shot. Seating took 5 minutes, our food took 50 minutes to come out. I didn’t mind that the food took so long as much as I minded that our waitress didn’t come around to tell us what was going on or to refill our waters. French toast with glazed pecans and French toast with strawberries and bananas is what my friend and I ordered. I had seven pecans on both of my slices(not each, both), SEVEN. My friend’s came bare with no strawberries or bananas, which they brought out when he was already done eating his meal. We both ordered hash browns that didn’t come out until, again, we finished our meal. Our server came around twice. Once to get our drink order and once to take out actual order. The food runner was nice though. Anyway, horrendous service. There was a large group that had their every need catered to and those of us in the front were neglected. I contemplated the ol’ Dine-n-Dash, just as a group of 6 people walked out of the restaurant without paying because of the same horrendous service. My buddies were scared to so we didn’t. I’ve LITERALLY never had this bad service. And the waitress still had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip on my card, I responded with«nope.» When I should have responded with«F**k no b***h are you crazy?!» That’s an hour and half of my life that I’ll never get back, I suggest you spend yours at a different restaurant.

The worst service I have experienced at any restaurant in a long time! We sat a party of eight placed our order and waited 50min for them to bring our order, but not all of it! The waitress claimed that a second waiter took our order by mistake. So we sat for another 20 min to get two plates remade. We called the manager and she said she would check our ticket but never returned? Waitress serving for the first time without help as well? Horrible -‘I recommend you find somewhere else to eat.

Lots of tables available but waited at the front door without being greeted for almost 10 mins. Then while waiting forever for food, no refills were offered on coffee. Waitress was sort of nice when she came out to the table– only 3 times in almost an hour. She came to greet late and got order, bright food and brought check. Never coming back!

You can’t honestly expect much out of Denny’s. Everyone knows the foods not even close to good. But nonetheless this one is by far the worst. Service is so horrible. Expect to wait 15 — 20 minutes to be seated even when it’s dead. Give it another 15 for a waitress to come and even get your drinks. Service is so bad here. Avoid this Denny’s like the plague. Service at this one sucks so bad. I don’t expect much from Denny’s. This location though is so horrible. The waitstaff is I busy socializing all the time. Customers wait 15 – 20 to be seated even on slow days. I watched 4 separate people sit themselves today. As no one came to seat them. It takes another 15 to get a drink order, 20 minutes to get the food, and another 40 to get a check. Even complained to the manager, and she could have cared less. Horrible location go to any other Denny’s but this one.

COFFEE: 8⁄10 FOOD: 4⁄10 SERVICE: 0.25÷10 This place is connected to a truck stop, so you have to generally keep that in mind during the visit here. The restaurant itself is HUGE, the parking lot has about 8 spots. Its very clear they are trying to attract the truckers that stop in there, which is also more than likely why their coffee is so good. Ive been here at all different times of the day and night and there has never been more than 2 people working here at any given time, so the time it takes for service is ALWAYS very high. even if you are the only patron there… its one of the only places open 24 hours thats you can sit down and have some actual food. working at the airport, this is extremely important.
