Agree with comment below. Worst customer service ever. Had a major issue with crystals they sent me and they refused to give me a refund or to replace the stones. Sent several emails and they didn’t even bother to apologize or continue to write back. Said it was my fault that the crystals were wrong and they would be happy to send them to me at MY expense. When i explained to them how I was not wrong and sent pictures of the difference in stones they just stopped responding. Spent hundreds of dollars with this awful company. Shocked by the way they handle issues. Regret giving them a dollar. Use another company, try Colorado crystals instead.

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had yet with an online retailer. I placed an order for some Swarovski crystals, the discontinued 2028 flatbacks because they were having a sale on them. Sure enough, when I received my order, one of the items was wrong. When I contacted them, all they could do for me was give me a PARTIAL refund if I sent them back. What. Seriously? You screwed up so I have to pay the price?!? These are not cheap either, even on sale. It was a $ 35.00 mistake on their part and they are not willing to make it right. Even the email communication with them seemed rude and confrontational. I will never purchase from them again, and I spend a lot of money on Swarovski crystals on a monthly basis. Thankfully, there are other sellers who have even better prices. Buyer beware with these guys, not a customer friendly operation!
