I am disappointed with the customer service of this restaurant. I will never ever eat here again not Bc of the actual food but all due to the horrible service I received today. The food is great, the cashiers were horrible. I never have anything bad to say of any place and this will be the first negative review I have written. I work at the Aurora Mall at an optical, we always order our food from here. For meetings that are coming up I was thinking of ordering from here until today!!! I had a coworker order our food like we usually do, I asked her if the cashier would speak to me on the phone to tell her exactly what I’d like. I spoke to the cashier named Jessica, young lady in her early 20’s. I made my order. My coworker brings back our food and I told her Jessica gave her the wrong drink. It’s no big deal to me at this point. I walk across to let them know and if they could actually give me the correct drink. I am a nice person, I don’t yell and I don’t go off if they get my orders wrong which they do often but I never say anything. So I explain to the young man at the register if he could please give me the correct drink and I took back the horchata to show that I had not had any of it. He tells me he can not change my drink although I had explained to him that Jessica accidentally gave me the wrong drink. Jessica comes out from the kitchen and I explained to her that I was the girl whom she spoke with on the phone and I had asked her for the pinkish reddish drink and I reminded her that she even told me it’s called Jamaica. So after all this Jessica along with the other worker gain up on me and tell me they can’t change my drink. Really??? Even though it was her mistake you can’t change my drink and give me what I had initially ordered??? At this point I was beyond upset, it’s a drink! Last thing I told them both was all you had to do was take this horchata and give me my actual drink that I had ordered in the first place, there was no need for them to argue with me when they knew it was their mistake. I will never eat from this place and will never order for our store meetings! I’d rather go get pizza at Peppinos next door to us as they have never given me bad service. Unlike this place they’re welcoming and listen to their customer! Legally I could have just asked for a refund. But I’m not an aggressive person so I left it at that. It ruined my entire day. Not Bc the drink was incorrect but Bc of the manner they approached the situation. Small things like these are the reasons why aggressive customers will jump over the register and try to beat up the cashier. When they argue about things they made mistakes on and will not fix them. I hope this review helps and is passed on to the workers. Jessica specifically.

I love this place. I work in the mall and they are always clean, professional, and GOOD. I usually get the chicken or steak bowl. Their salsas are the best. It’s a nice surprise to get chips and salsa on the side each time. Their churros are hot and delicious, too.
