If you’re familiar with GNC, and you’re looking for a good one, this is your place. Jeff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. Key elements of great customer service. Initially I was skeptical of the effectiveness of fish oils and glucosamine, but after Jeff’s suggestion to try TriFlex Sport I can honestly say I’ve had substantial pain relief in my hip. I’ve tried other brands in an attempt to save money, but the others have not been nearly as effective.

I am updating my review due to extreme changes that seem to have taken place at this locally owned GNC. I previously had issues with an employee at this location in regards to their attitude and outright lies being told to customers. However I have had numerous visits as of late and it seems the negative staff members have been removed from this location.
Throughout my past couple visits I have been greeted professionally, given reasonable advice and carried on decent conversations with staff members. The shelves were stocked and all products I sought out were readily available. The manger/owner was extremely courteous and friendly. He truly cares about his business and takes all reviews very seriously. I am grateful for his attention to correcting previous issues and effort to make his business above reproach. I shall remain a loyal customer to GNC, especially this specific location.

These guys are very knowledgeable about their products, but what was really surprising was the level of passion they brought to my experience. High energy, but kept it friendly and helped find a product to meet my needs. They also said they do internet price matching, so that’s huge as well. Now a days I feel I get more satisfaction out of doing business with people instead of faceless corporations. This is defiantly one of those small businesses you feel great after spending money with. It would be dumb not to call them or stop by before you go online or anywhere else.

Been here a few times. The clerk always knows exactly where something is which makes your stop much easier and quicker.
They don’t always have what I’m looking for — but the last time the clerk suggested another place I could possibly look. Helping me find what I need even if it doesn’t give them the sale — that is great service in my book!
Yes the prices are bit a high but I feel you get what you pay for! Definitely the best GNC I’ve been to.

I like the quality of GNC products but wow are they pricey. I decided my admittedly spoiled dog should have human food-grade fish oil rather than that stuff they sell at the pet stores, because who knows what goes into that, or how long it’s been sitting on the store shelf, right? But even with my Unilocal check-in 30% off deal, a bottle of fish oil came to $ 26! My dog is going to have the shiniest coat around. I hope.

I love this GNC
They are so knowledgeable and almost always have what I am looking for in stock and if not, they order it right away and call when it’s back in stock.
Everytime I come in they are very nice and willing to help. It is hard to find that other places… people who actually do their job. I will be coming here again and again!

On a holiday weekend I ran out of an enzyme supplement from my nutritionist. Stopped in at this store and when the employee found they no longer carried that formulation, he recommended a competitor that might carry it. He was right. I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to help.
