I’ve been going here for over a year now. For the most part, I’ve had an excellent experience. The doctors listen to your questions and explain everything you want to know without being patronizing about it. They also provide balanced advice for new mothers: breastfeeding vs. formula, stuff like that. You can tell they love kids, which is crucial for a pediatric office. The receptionists are not perky customer service«yes-men», but they are genuinely nice people and I’ve never had a problem with them being rude. I’ve always managed to get an appointment on the day I need it if my child is sick, and they are good about helping you find times that will work with your schedule for planned appointments. My only bad experience is a scheduling mix up, we were on the system for one day and had a card that said another. We arrived on the day the card said, but weren’t in the system. We still got in same day, but always bring your appointment cards with you just in case because you’ll need them to clear your record of missed appointments if this happens.
