After reading the reviews about the terrible customer service, I was a little skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised. We had supreme customer service. The young girl in there seemed to be very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of juices, almost to the point where it’s overwhelming, but the girl behind the counter was very helpful with that. We’re from Arizona but next time we’re out here we will definitely be stopping by again.

No matter how much premium e-​juice I have on hand, I always keep a bottle of High Voltage Vapes House Blend liquids: specifically Bronco Blood and Siegfried & Roy! They are both ready to Vape, no steeping required to experience that rush of deliciously blended fruits! The only reason I didn’t give these two juices 5 stars is simply because they are not good for dripping, so plan of going with a tank for these bad boys! Happy Vaping!

How are you gonna show up 15 minutes late to open and then tell me in a rude voice that I’m going to need to wait AT LEAST 10 minutes for you guys to get set up? I said all I need is a bottle of juice and I’m kinda in a hurry. There response? Not our problem! You do realize you’re nit the only place that sells vape hardware right? And maybe, just maybe you could say, we’re so sorry for being late. Come on in and look around while we set up… Just an idea. I will NEVER shop there again. And yes I left without purchasing anything…

I’ve been coming to high voltage vapes for quite a while now, but this location specifically, the customer service is horrible. The owners daughter apparently, is so rude! If you’re going to go to this place, go to the one on alameda. Customer service is so much better!
