If These Walls Could Talk

Tim and Jennifer at If These Walls Could Talk accommodated a long-​distance task from Los Angeles in an amazing way. I’m in LA and I had a photoshop file I wanted to get printed and framed as a gift to my father in IL. Here’s what they did to go above and beyond:
1. I sent them the poster I had printed here in LA. When it arrived damaged, Tim and Jennifer sent me pictures to show the damage, and then offered to have it printed at a nearby print shop
2. They arranged to have the print delivered to them from the print for framing (since I wasn’t there to transport it to them from the print shop)
3. They offered to Facetime/​Skype to show me framing options
4. They were very receptive to staying within my budget limits on the project
5. They did an amazing job on the framing! It’s really beautiful work
6. Since it is a very large framed poster, they even took special care to pack the finished product for transport in the back of a pickup.
This is «above and beyond» customer service, to say the least. Tim and Jennifer are a class act, and If These Walls Could Talk is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Super nice employees. Answered all my questions and were very helpful. Seemed knowledgeable about their services. I have not yet gotten the finished product but hoping to be able to upgrade my rating to five stars.
