If I could rate no stars, I would. They showed up whenever they felt like it, promised days/​rates that they did not honor, and were careless with billing. Worst of all, their management could not care less. They treated us like we were completely insignificant and basically left us feeling angry, frustrated and confused. I have never encountered a company that cares so little about its customer satisfaction. It’s bizarre how flippant they are when you voice a concern. I would stay far, far away from this company. They will shmooze you until you complain. And you will. After that, good luck.

This company bought out our previous lawn mowing Contractor «Fox River Lawn Care» over the winter. We were told they would honor the existing contract and price that we had with Fox River Lawn Care. 2 months into the year I get an invoice for $ 49.00 per mowing, our contract was at 29.00 per mowing. An increase of $ 20.00 per mowing, no call, no letter nothing. Just an invoice with an increase. Would have been nice if they would have told us that when they took over the contract. On top of that two times they cam out the mowed the neighbors house across the street, they got the wrong house. Very unreliable and I am not happy with their business practice of raising rates in the middle of the season without letting clients know. Needless to say we are looking for a new mowing service fast!
