Love love love this location. I read some of the previous reviews and most were complaints about delivery service… get up off the couch and pick it up, especially if you live 15 minutes from the location, that’s common sense you’re outside the delivery area. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to get my pizza if I simply drive to pick it up. I will say they are not perfect, I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza which had maybe 2 pieces of ham and even less pineapple. I called to let them know I was not happy and immediately the person I spoke with credited my account. On my next order, they applied my credit and gave me a free order of cinnamon sticks. Love the service, love the food…

I first had Jet’s pizza from it’s original location in Michigan as was happy when it came to Illinois. Here has been my two experiences with Jet’s pizza thus far: Experience 1: Pizza comes but the driver accidentally locks pizza in the car and has to wait on my couch for 45 minutes to an hour while he waits for someone to unlock his car. Gives me cold pizza, still charges me for it. Experience 2: Order pizza, wait, wait, wait. It’s been an hour and half and I call the place and they have difficulty finding my order since they can’t view their online orders. They told me to call back in half an hour if my order wasn’t delivered and then they can determine if they have it or not. I told them I was not doing that so after being passed around for a few minutes, they find my online order. Since I ordered their special, it wasn’t in the system and the order came out blank. They thankfully offered to refund me but did not offer to bring me a free pizza after waiting for almost 2 hours for a pizza. Needless to say, I’ll wait to go to Michigan to order.

Jet’s Pizza is good but this location is horrible. Jet’s Pizza was my go to pizza place in Michigan. The only things I recommend from here are the eight corner«deep dish»(really just pan pizza) and the garlic cheese bread. You must try the turbo crust, it’s great. That’s what’s good with the franchise. The problem is that this location can NEVER get an order right. They’ve messed up my delivery order several times. We stopped ordering delivery and chose to pick up because we like the deep dish pizza and we can check it out before getting home, but they managed to mess that up to several times… Hell every time. They always forget to add the flavoring to the crust which changes the flavor completely. Pizza good… Service from this location BEYONDHORRIBLE!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Today I placed an online order to the Aurora store. I’ve ordered from this store before(the very same order that I placed today) and have previously had no issues. However, when I order today, there is apparently a huge issue! I got the email confirmation and it said expect an hour for delivery, no problem. At the time my order was supposed to be delivered, I receive a phone call from the store, informing me they cannot deliver to me because I am outside their range. I calmly explain that I have received delivery orders from this store before, he apologized and said that the delivery map has changed. I said okay, but I’m very upset that you waited until my order should have been delivered to call and tell me. He informed me that my only option was to come to the store and pick it up. I drive to the store(about a 15 minute drive, not bad considering the bridge near my house is out) and go in to pick up the order. He says he’s refunded my delivery fee and goes to hand me my pizza. He then explains that he’s sorry he didn’t know that my order was outside the delivery zone until it was time to deliver, and shows me a «prep ticket» used by the kitchen to prepare my order. This prep ticket CLEARLY states INRED that my order was outside the delivery area — which means he could have contacted me before the pizza was made and I could have cancelled my order. He starts backpedaling and explaining that he didn’t pay attention and essentially accused me of not checking how far my house was from the store. I said that the online order system told me I was fine, so I assumed no issues. After all of this arguing, I asked me if there was anything more he could do to discount my order. He angrily told me he’d try and I asked for a receipt in case there was an issue with the delivery fee not being refunded later, so I’d have proof. He got angry with me some more and said he’d do a 20% refund on my order. I said okay and then he couldn’t get the computer to work so he just cancelled the order and threw my receipt at me. I understand that I live outside the delivery zone… but since the online order system didn’t make this clear, I believe I’m not outside of reason when I expect an apology instead of being told that the matter was my fault. Jet’s, you’ve lost a customer. There are plenty of other pizza options around here and if today is an example of how you treat your customers, I would not be surprised if you’re out of business soon at that particular location.

Jets deep dish pizza is one of the best you can get. Being a regular customer(bi-weekly!) I have never had an unsatisfactory pizza, from Ohio to Illinois, from jets. Until this new store on New York in Aurora opened up. The crust is not crispy, more soggy. The dough is not as fluffy as other locations. The toppings have yet to be applied correctly. I gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was new store jitters. However numerous months later, multiple orders placed and no change in product quality. I highly recommend jets pizza, just make the extra 20 minute drive to the Naperville location. I do and it is worth it!!!

This is possibly the worst pizza I’ve had. I ordered hand tossed veggie, also boneless wings. Crust was chewy, so hard to bite into to. Not enough sauce either and way too much cheese. Wings looked like something bought from the frozen food section, nothing like the pictures. I didn’t have a Unilocal account until now, pizza/food was so bad, I made this Unilocal account so I could write this review. Not sure if it’s because they are new so they haven’t gotten the whole pizza making thing down, but I will not be ordering here again. Would rather pay $ 5 at Little Caesars.

I like Jet’s pizza so when this one opened up near my house I decided to give it a try. I ordered my pizza at 6:30 pm and it did not get to my house until well after 8 pm. Needless to say I was unhappy, but when I called to express my frustration the manager was nice to me and made it right. I will totally give them another chance… But will probably be picking it up myself from now on.

WORST customer service ever. Can’t even talk to the manager about it because when I tried to bring something up to his attention(regret not calling the police instead) he was nonchalant about it, didn’t apologize or anything. Shows how much they care.

A friend of mine told me about Jet’s, so I figured I’d try it out. I doubt I’ll be be going back. I walked in to see 5 teenage workers all standing around on their phones. If it wasn’t for Sarah, the only non-teenager in sight, coming off of her break, I’d probably still be waiting to give my order. The pizza was so-so, but was reminiscent of Little Caesars new square pizzas, but more expensive. The real downfall was the service. It took a long time, and nobody(except the aforementioned Sarah) showed any urgency whatsoever. My advice: collect all the teenyboppers phones and/or hire more adults who know how to actually converse with their mouths instead of their fingers.

I’ll just start the review off by saying that I LOVE Jet’s Pizza! The problem was that the closest Jet’s pizza was about 20 – 25 minutes away from my house, making it difficult to enjoy Jet’s when I wanted to. Luckily this new Jet’s Pizza opened up near my house and now I can just swing by and pick it up whenever I want. If you don’t know, Jet’s has 2 different crusts, a normal thinner crust and a pan pizza thicker crust. The thicker crust is really the only one worth getting and it is GOOD. The main pizza that they are famous for is the 8 corner pizza, which is essentially 2 small pan pizzas. Their pan pizza crust is fantastic, it has a nice buttery, crunchy taste to and you can get it with flavors added. They also have 3 cheese turbo sticks, which are basically breadsticks with cheese, but they are to die for. One last thing is their ranch dressing, I don’t know how they make it or what it is made with, but it is the best ranch I have had anywhere(even better than Hidden Valley). I tried the new Jet’s on opening night and the pizza was ready when I got there, it was made correctly and the staff was friendly. If you’ve never tried Jet’s, please do so, you won’t be disappointed… try the 8 Corner.
