It’s a Jimmy John’s. My one experience here caused me to question their «freaky-fast» mantra I have witnessed at other JJ establishments — but it was well-enough. What this particular establishment provides is a large comfortable dining area rarely found in other JJs.

Every time I try to get jimmy johns delivery no matter where I’m at, I’m somehow always out of their delivery zone. Today I’m 1.4 miles away from them and that’s somehow too far. Sometimes they take my order and let me pay for it then call back an hour later n say oh nevermind we can’t deliver to you. Your sandwiches suck anyway, bland, and the bread is hard even though supposedly its fresh every day. Customer service always sucks no matter if you try to get it delivered or go into the store, the employees are miserable. I don’t blame them. Seems like a shitty place all around.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in and there were 11 employees behind the counter, I was asking simple questions and got rude response from the cashier. All the employees were joking around very inappropriate and VERY loud. The cashier rung me up wrong and charged wrong. And on top of that, the music in the restaurant was so loud I was having to yell at my boyfriend standing right next to me.

If you haven’t tried this Jimmy John’s your missing out on a great place to have lunch. The staff, under the direction of Jeff Adams, is professional, courteous, caring & they serve great sandwiches. The establishment is always clean, the staff is always looking after you. They play good music, and it’s a comfortable place to eat and converse with your lunch mates. I’ve been eating here since they opened, you always get a great greeting when you enter. They prepare your sandwich to your interest & specifications. This is the best Jimmy John’s my wife & I have dined at. Give it a visit, they won’t disappoint you.

This is my kind of «fast food». Great sandwiches served super fast. I usually have my sandwiches by the time I am finished paying. The staff is friendly and the food is good.
