We were in the midst of moving and ordered 11 sandwiches with drinks, cookies, & chips. We picked up the order and when we got home, some of the order was missing. We were out of the delivery area but with such a large order, they quickly delivered the remaining items with an apology and a smile. We will definitely order here again! Thanks JJ!

Changing my review. They have done everything correctly the last few times. I finally figured out to not add anything but turkey and bacon as far as proteins go and it has been bomb every time. Thanks JJ’s!

They made a mistake on my order said they would deliver me a replacement and they never showed up.

This location has always proved fast and accurate for me whether it is delivery or the drive-​thru. They are always quick during the lunch rush and the fact that they have a drive-​thru is convenient.

I don’t eat out much for lunch but when I do I choose Jimmy Johns. Ive had great experiences here but my last couple were less than satisfactory. Although they mentioned they were slow. It didn’t seem like much effort or toppings went into my sandwich. Unfortunately this location will likely not be my choice next time whether it’s personal or for my company.

Not super impressed with the sandwiches. The quality seems t ohave gone down hill over the years, but this location is wonderful! They are fast and friendly and quick to make things right if a mistake is made. The people at my office order from them all the time because they are reliably quick and helpful!

I order from this location when I am at work. I do feel like this location is not as generous with their portions as the location near my home. I am pregnant so I have been ordering the tuna sandwich once a week and notice they use less tuna than the one near my home. I also found out from my experience at this location that the larger subs don’t necessarily come with more meat, some just come with more cheese. Not sure why you would want more cheese, but it’s good to know. I’ll still order from here for convenience and now I know not to spend the extra money for the larger sub when it only comes with more cheese.

This location gets 5 stars bc they have never messed up my orders, they are super fast even during rush times, the drivers are very nice, and the sandwiches are so yummy.

I order Jimmy John’s for lunch about once a week. They deliver it right to my office. I have never waited more than 20 minutes. Today, they literally delivered my delicious sandwich and chips in 6 minutes! My orders are always correct and delivered with a smile.

Called to have delivery and the manager was very rude and unhelpful in trying to get this order done. In the end we were told that we are not in their «zone» even though we are only .92 miles away according to the Jimmy John’s website. The manager was not customer friendly and I for one will not go to this store because of the managers behavior. There are too many other options for my food dollars.

I have order delivery and driven through this one about once a week with positive experiences every time. I have never actually been inside so maybe that is why my review is so much better than the others.
Anyway, quick and fast seem to be the rule from my experience. I order online and it is a breeze. I don’t really care when they show up because I am working either way. They do forget to cut it in half sometimes, or forget to leave off the onions but I am pretty easy going and can let it slide. If anything they just need to slow down… and read the orders better.
JJ’s actually came to the office and gave us some samples today! Wise move. It reminded me that I owe them a review and now the other people in the office have asked that I give them a heads up when I order delivery in the future.
Today we ordered online. After an hour they called to ask if we received our order. We had not. They apologized and said the chips and drink would be free. Eventually we got our food. They forgot a straw for the soda. The chips were the wrong flavor. My sandwich had onions and was not cut in half. Man I really hate to remove stars but I have no choice.

Welcome to Parker Jimmy Johns! We love your FF yummy sandwiches. We also love the fact that you DELIVER which almost no one does in Parker except for Pizza and some Chinese food. It is a nice change up.

Best sandwitch shop i have had in awhile!

Ehh pass! I like their sandwhiches but they are super over priced. Also I’ve ordered delivery to my office a few times and i’ve requested to add cheese to which they charge an extra $ 1.25 and about 3 times now they haven’t added the cheese that I over paid for. Also their «freaky fast» delivery is because they only deliver within 1 mile of their store. Weak! Their chips are pretty ehh and hard. They are their own brand, that’s all they have and they are not so good. Don’t waste your money here!

Took some time to get my sub. seemed they were concentrating on drive up and not the customers who wanted to eat in the store. My pickle wasn’t sliced and the inside was not do good. Subway is better, at least there, you dont have see-​through meat and a bag of lettuce on your sub. I spent over 8 dollars here for lunch… I was not amused or delighted.

Delicious sandwiches.
Flew into Denver from Boston the morning after Super Bowl 46. On our way to the office, we stopped in this sub shop for a late breakfast/​early lunch/​fuel for the remainder of the long day before us.
Fantastic subs, chips, and service. I went with some version of their Italian and was very happy. Two suggestions: find some way to toast the bread, even a bit. And, cut the sandwiches in half; the thing is a bit too big to lift up and stuff in my mouth. If I had the option to work with half of it at a time, it would have been a bit easier to manage.
And my comment about the toasting; I only mention it because I’ve been spoiled by Subway and Quizno’s. It’s almost like I expect it to be an option at this point. That said, the sub bread at JJ’s is phenomenal and good enough on it’s own.
The store-​brand chips were fresh, tasty, and flavorful.

I LOOVE Jimmy Johns subs, simple fresh delish. I grew up eating them near the original in IL for 20 yrs, but lately the staff On Arapahoe Rd. /​Jordan has been rude and they seem to refuse to put extra mayo on my sandwich… dont be afraid, Extra means more than normal, not less. And the tomatoes at this location (in the dead of summer) are AWFUL! Almost still green. Cmon Arapahoe /​Jordan, get it together, please dont make me switch my lunch spot.

Everyone knows that the sandwich shop is a staple of the working mans lunch. When we need a meal, the sandwich is our friend. And when it comes to sandwich shops, this place is the tops.
Jimmy John’s just gets it done. Fresh ingredients, great bread, good prices. My favorite on the menu is the Ultimate Porker. If it comes from a pig, they put it on bread, cover it in mayo and stuff it in my grill.
And dont forget to get a pickle too.

The four star of this review are more for the fact that there is now a Jimmy John’s somewhat in the vicinity of Parker versus the place as a whole.
I simply love Jimmy John’s for their use of fresh ingredients and super delicious bread, but throw a drive thru window on the place and DAMN… now we’re talkin’!
The staff here is good for the most part. Mostly your high school teens man the place, therefore customer service is to be expected, but as long as the sammiches keep coming out as with flavor and freshness I’ll be back.
Also a few small tables on the patio make for outdoor dining, but with Arapahoe Road about 100 yards away… good luck with any intriguing conversation.

This location just opened up right by my office. Being the sub sandwich lover that I am, I bopped right over to check it out. Upon pulling in to the parking lot, I noticed they had a drive thru window! You always have to walk in to a sandwich shop to order and there is finally one with a drive thru! I usually eat my lunch in my car. I’m not usually one who enjoys sharing a table in the break room at the office. The mindless, irritating chit chat I am forced to participate in while trying to eat my lunch while being asked questions while I have food in my mouth is just something I prefer to avoid. So, eating in my car in peace is always a much more suitable option and having a sandwich option with a drive thru window? Well that’s just the icing on my cake right there!
Jimmy John’s has delicious bread and fresh ingredients. I have eaten at some of the other chain locations before and have never been disappointed. For all of you office monkeys that work in the area, that like the convenience of a drive thru that isn’t a bag of grease, Jimmy John’s is fantastic! Also, all of the spaces in this little strip mall haven’t been filled yet so there is a big empty parking lot to steal a space, watch traffic, listen to the radio and eat in peace. Love it!
