Beautiful flowers and fantastic service! We didn’t realize it was Admins day so we called Joy, our favorite florist. They had a beautiful flowering plant delivered within the hour!

After speaking with the staff, I decided to order two dozen red roses from Joy’s for my wife for our second wedding Anniversary. The bouquet was stunning and my wife loved them!!! The roses were so fresh and beautiful and the staff was so friendly and appreciative of my purchase. I will definitely use the services of Joy’s again!

Today was the first time I ordered flowers from this shop. My special someone happens to currently be staying in Aurora and I needed a flower delivery fast! I called around 1:30pm and I asked if I could have them delivered to her workplace before 3pm. At first the nice lady (I believe it was Joy) told me that was going to be a tough request to accommodate. I’m sure she noticed the disappointment in my voice because she told me to hang on and she’d ask the driver if it were possible. In little less than two minutes she called me back and told me it was possible! Ecstatic, I thanked her for making it possible!
The service I received from her was great and my fiancée loved the flowers! (I wish I still had a picture of them.) All in all I would definitely buy from Joy’s again!

Our PTA used Joy flowers for our daddy daughter dance corsages and boutonnieres and they did a beautiful job at a reasonable cost. We will use them again!

I ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s Day. I upgraded one level to Deluxe and expected something fairly nice. The bouquet of tulips and alstroemerias was very skimpy. The tulips were white rather than the bright pink pictured. I had them delivered the day before Valentines because I thought the quality would be higher — not so! Mom was disappointed — I could tell from her voice. When I visited and saw the flowers three days later, they were already wilting and turning brown. Bad experience and a waste of $ 64.00!

I ordered a Your Special Day bouquet in the shape of a birthday cake for my mother’s 57th birthday, and although the flowers were not the exact same as in the pictures online, it still was presented well and beautiful.
Delivery was swift and if you use Teleflora and the 20% off coupon code (available via lovely Google search), your flower order may be even cheaper!
However, I’m taking a star off because the bouquet was delivered to our front step without a box, bag or any sort of protective covering. Even though we returned in time to receive the flowers without any problem, it would still be considerate to include a protective covering for our flower cake, especially since they are in such an interesting arrangement. Also, there were no care instructions/​flower food for our flowers, so I am unsure as to how long they’ll last (if long at all).

We have used this florist several times, and always get great service. I bought a corsage for my Mom’s birthday, and it was beautifully done.
She also had flowers delivered for her birthday, and Joy Flowers was the florist. The arrangement was beautiful, and it is now over a week and the bouquet is still beautiful! The rubrim (sp?) lillies are still looking good.
We have been very pleased with Joy Flowers!
