So summer means heat and heat means sweat and sweat means dehydration. When I was younger I used to always head to Juice Stop for an afternoon snack or post soccer game treat. As the years went on, I forgot about this place as my high school cohorts glamorized Jamba Juice and then Smoothie King came about to draw in another crowd. Juice Stop just became a distant memory, until last week. Driving to work, I drove by Juice Stop and decided to stop in. Not having been there in years and years, I ordered a Cross Cage, what I always remembered ordered when I was younger. From my first sip, I was thrown back to the 8th grade. It was smooth, creamy, and absolutely what I need to pick me up! They not only have so many more combinations than Jamba Juice, they are BETTER combinations that can please you no matter if you want something sweet, tangy, creamy, or tart! Next time you find yourself craving a Jamba Juice, re-think the decision and head to Juice Stop instead, you won’t be dissapointed!

I love this place! I always come here during the summer, or whenever I get a craving for a cold, healthy drink.(what better choice than a smoothie, right?) The staff is friendly and works fast. The actual inside of the shop is clean and smells, well, fruity. The menu items on the wall are very helpful and make a nice décor. The products taste delicious as well. It beats Jamba Juice any day! Hell yeah I’m coming back.

Mmmmmmm… You might think this place is just another smoothie place like the Jamba one… uh uh… no way. This place kicks Jamba Juice’s ASS! If you’ve ever wondered, «Where can I get a delicious, cold, refreshing blend of fresh fruit juice, low fat yogurt, and fruit?», then this is place is for you. Juice Stop has an extensive menu of smoothies to choose from as well as many other types of healthy snacks. They also offer fresh squeezed juices. Along with the smoothies, I’m particularly fond of the macha green tea, which they blend with soy milk or apple juice and serve as a chilled shot. It’s crisp and refreshing and is nice, healthy way to start the day. Another excellent item on the menu is the wheat grass which, while I resisted trying this at first(it’s grass after all), I’ve become a big fan. **Wheat grass shots also seem to be a great cure for hangovers. I’ve seen other Juice Stop stores around, so this place seems to be franchised, but this particular store at the Arapahoe Crossing Shopping Center has a better offerings and a more friendly and knowledgeable staff than the others.
