I purchased my 2013 Lexus RX350 from Jarrett at Justus Motors a couple of months ago. I am extremely happy with our new SUV and it runs great! The price was thousands of dollars less than every where else. It was the easiest and fastest car purchase I ever made. After my test drive, the whole car buying experience took about 30 minutes and I was leaving with my new SUV! They are currently looking for a car for my son and I highly recommend buying your next car from them.

Hahahah this is amusing… I’m sure your future customers will be very happy to know that you gave a 3500 «gift» to someone who you sold a 30k car to that needed over 7k worth of work done to it, that you knew about beforehand. Btw you’re a customer of that mechanic. So I wouldn’t really say that he works for you and I’m pretty sure what I got out of it is that he doesn’t even want you as a customer anymore after this fiasco. On another note, the car was back to you within 3 days for the first of the check engine lights… Also, the side note is completely true so it looks like you still haven’t learned to stop lying for a sale, surely you remember following me around the sales floor begging for the keys back when I didn’t want to pay half of the repairs until all the check engine lights were gone, after getting the car back with yet another light on. Maybe the owner isn’t aware of how bad his employees are and what they say in order to make a sale but I’ve never dealt with a business as bad as this one, so maybe you should start working in the office more to put that experience to use. Their reassurance that they didn’t have to do anything for me is a good indication of how they handle business. I would also like the point out that even though they sold the car «as is», it is illegal to misrepresent the condition of the car, so you might wanna look into that before you guys sell anymore lemons. I honestly have no reason to lie about any of this, I just wanna make sure potential customers know what they’re dealing with. If anyone at all is reading this and is on the fence I would be more than happy to email you the receipts of what I dealt with. I’ll admit the comment about Rita was a little unfair but at the same time it’s pretty annoying that she never had a clue what was going on and I would have to wait all day for someone to call me back every time I called. Jarrett was the real problem as he’s the one that lied throughout the sale

These guys are the type that give used car dealers a bad name. They tried to sell me an explorer with a rotten underbody and it was obvious they knew about it because when I pointed it out the guy just said «yep».
Also gave me insulting offer on my ¾ Ton Dodge diesel which is in excellent shape. 9k. WHAT??? Do you even know the CO market? When to another dealer who gave me 15k for it.
Looking at the other reviews I see I’m not the only one who thinks these people need to be shut down.

I’m not usually the type to post a review and like most people, only post if something went wrong. In this case, I just had to after reading some of the other reviews.
I was in the market for a Challenger. I’ve wanted one every since the new model came out. I had been searching the websites of all the local dealers and set up appointments to go look at several Challengers. I found out the hard way that allot of those big dealers don’t want you to test drive the R/T’s and SRT8’s because they don’t want to put the miles on them unless your a serious buyer. I actually had a salesman tell me that.
Anyway, I contacted Cory at Justus and told him what I wanted. He had an SRT for sales but he new I wanted the bigger engine muscle car experience. After all, it was going to be a second car. So, we talked budget and models. I told him I couldn’t find what I wanted in my price range. He told me to give him a few weeks and he’d see what he could do.
A few days later I got a text from him with a picture of a Challenger. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but It made me feel like he was at least looking. This went on several more times and after about a month, he found exactly what I was looking for and at a price about $ 3000 less then any other Challenger I looked at in Denver. I could hardly believe it.
That was about two years ago and since that time, I bought an Outback for my daughter and Two of my nephews have bought cars from Justus, also. My youngest daughter turns 16 in a month and you know where I’m going to go shopping for her first car.

Can I give zero star? BAD BUSINESS! people at financing area of this place obviously don’t know what they are doing!!! I purchased a 20K car in CASH and all they gave me was a 200 $ «discount» (I am fine with that) since my budget was 20K anyways, no problem with that… but two weeks later the lady called my husband saying that SHE forgot to charge me the county taxes, and it would be about 700 $ more extra bucks and she would keep the title until I pay that money. Really??? How the F$&@ am I supposed to come up with 700 $ (out of my budged, for a mistake that was not
Mine) I just paid 20 freaking thousand dollars for YOU to keep MY title because of YOUR freaking mistake… The bad part is not even that, I am not going to complain about needed to take my vehicle to the ford dealership 2 days after purchased the car for problems with it already ! It was my choice and a risk that I took for not purchasing their expensive ass warranting plan! So when she talked to my husband, he didn’t tell me what was going on because apparently she sucks at explaining things, and I took a day off work to go down to DMV and after wasting my gas and 3 hours in line the lady at DMV tells me that if I paid my car in cash I should got my tittle right away from the dealer! So I went back to Justus motors and paid the money and she was all rude making looking like it was my fault for wasting my day at DMV, because she told my husband that she would keep the title until I paid the extra money! REALLY? your mistake it’s my fault? Unprofessional people drives me crazy (you have ONE job and that’s all you do! And you still doing crap like that?) smh. At least I bet if I went to a bigger dealership I wouldn’t need to pay for someone else’s mistake!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! BAD BUSINESS !!
ANSWER TO LISA: God! You guys even being wrong, because telling a person that she will spend «x» and after the person is hooked up on the sale, driving the car, waisting time and gas going to dmv «you guys hold my title as a punishment» because YOU guys forgot to tell me a little 1k «detail» that you forgot to include on the sale and collect and you go and add more expenses on it IS your fault! Justus Motors computer took a shit? It’s JUSTUS MOTORS FAULT! I am not complaining about paying the taxes because what can I do right? But being so unprofessional, rude and having 0% costumer service will drag you guys down!

I inquired about a 1994 Corvette and had several questions in regards to the vehicle. I also was interested if they delt with lenders that finance older vehicles at a decent rate. They sent me back a reply telling me to apply for credit on their website. Really??? How many people apply for credit without looking at a vehicle and taking it for a test drive. I sent them a follow up email asking if the car was ever wrecked. They never replied nor did they ever answer a single question I had about the vehicle. I went to a different dealship on Friday and purchsed a nice Corvette and got a 3.99 rate. It’s hard to believe these guys are still in business if that is they way the choose to conduct business.
