First time buyer and couldn’t be happier with my experience with Kettley Realtors! They helped me find the perfect condo that met my criteria and were very accommodating to my time frame; scheduling showings at night when I was available.
Throughout the Short Sale process they have been attentive; walking me through the whole process and providing weekly updates on the status of the sale. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for that perfect home!

This company is awful! We have had our house on the market for almost 9 months and we have heard from our realtor maybe 3 times since placing it on the market. We never hear any feedback after showings unless I contact the showing agent myself. I shouldn’t have to do his job. When we’ve asked about feedback he has said he’s tried and most realtors don’t respond to feedback requests. LIAR! I have contacted several and have always had a response within 2 hours. How a company as successful as Kettley can continue to employ such lazy people is beyond me. I ought to send them a bill for my time — if our realtor expects a fee for doing nothing more than placing a sign in the yard, I should get at least 1% of his fee for doing his job! I will never use Kettley again. They are absolutely awful!

Careful, they’ll keep your earnest money for 3 weeks AFTER a deal falls through. Not sure why in this day and age of instant withdrawals and deposits (yes, they cashed and withdrew my funds almost immediately) they indignantly stated that their policy is to return the funds after 20 days of deposit. And then they kept it for 30 days. Still haven’t received the funds, although they did tell me it’s «on the way». Hmm. It was THEIR client who withdrew from the contract!

This is a company with a warm family feeling matched with professionalism and uncanny service. Ed is committed to his profession relentlessly, seemingly available at your beck and call. I would highly recommend anyone who likes to be treated well to call upon Ed for anything Real Estate.
