Went here after extremely painful dental work to get something in my stomach so that I could take pain medication. We were the only customers and the order took absolutely forever. It was just mashed potatoes and popcorn chicken. Not only that but they couldn’t even be bothered to have someone at the register to help us. They ran around in the kitchen and we had to yell from up front what we wanted, with NO other changes in the restaurant. I certainly will never be back here and I recommend you don’t either.

I eat at KFC every once in a while. The food is good. Always hot. But, the thing I don’t understand is how do you screw up an order all of the time. I was there 2 weeks ago, got the $ 5 meals. In was take out. I got home & no cookies. It doesn’t sound like a big deal. But, when you pay for a meal, you expect to get everything you pay for. Tonight I got the same meals. I even mentioned the cookies. Guess what? Only ONE cookie! Is that how KFC sells a meal for $ 5. They don’t give you all of your food! Come on KFC, get it together. We are talking about a COOKIE!

I love KFC food so I couldn’t rate it a one star. However, this is the worst KFC I go to. The service is bad, they never have the food you order ready (so you may wait awhile), and the bathrooms are filthy. Every time I have been here I have had to change my order. While I am writing this, the cashier came out from behind the counter to tell the lady at the next table that they didn’t have any white meat ready. It literally happens every time I’m here– no exaggeration! I had to tell the girl filling my order which pieces of chicken are dark meat. I will remember not to have to use the bathroom next time I come. I will be back because I love the food. I have to overlook everything else.

Went in the early evening during the week and I did not have any problems. The restaurant was clean overall and the staff was pretty friendly. The food was ready very quick, warm and pretty fresh and resonably priced (consistent with other KFC’s).

I’m not sure if the person who served me was a shift leader or manager but it was the absolute worst service ever. I’m not expecting 5 star treatment but this man was rude, slow, and altogether awful. Larger man with dark hair in some authoritative position. Will not go here again.
