Yesterday, I had a hair in my food and tried to call back up there to get fresh food. The phone line was busy for over 30 minutes! What poor service! I spoke to a woman manager who advised me that she wanted me to bring the food back and exchange it. No, I’m okay! I had work less than 20 minutes thanks to the«fast» response I went in to work hungry and $ 11 down the drain. No way I’m burning my gas for mediocre food. Sad to say this isn’t my first encounter with terrible experiences there. One time they forgot to hand me my drink and blamed me! The only reason I’m giving it two is because it could’ve been a lot worse. But I will not be returning!

Normally when I stop here it is so crazy and the workers always seem stressed. Today I had an amazing cashier Angel he said his thank yous and answered all my dumb questions. Also they were not out of chicken which is huge for them. Good job this time around.

It amazes me how a KFC can continually be out of chicken. 6:30 on a Sunday evening and they are out of both grilled and extra crispy. They are also out of cole slaw. Every time I come to this location it is the same sad story. At least they offer you a free Pepsi while you wait.
