It seems like a good program to have if you need it. But… Not so good is the customer service. Soon after subscribing we soon discovered that we were entitled to a modest discount. Bringing this problem to the attention of Life Flight we discovered that their customer service policy«does not allow a refund», even though they recognized the legitimacy of the discount. We weren’t trying to cancel the subscription — just get the little discount to which we were entitled. Finally, after phone calls and unresponsive employees, they elevated our request all the way to the Chief Financial officer who approved a special exception. All of this over $ 15 ! And yes it is only $ 15, but the company must have thought it was pretty important given their argumentative attitude. I get better customer service and respect at the grocery store with no hassle. I would hate to speculate how difficult it would be to deal with these people over a claim of several thousand dollars. Good luck. Probably a good medical service — but lousy customer service
