The workers are always friendly, but I rarely ever get good Crazy Bread. It’s either not cooked all the way, or it’s stale with way too much butter on it. Gross. I only really go there for that on my lunch break, but I take my chances to get it good sometimes.

I have not visited this pizza chain in many years until recently. My most recent encounter was at the location on Farnsworth Ave in Aurora about 2 weeks ago. I ordered the Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza. It was a good value for the price, which is why I decided to try the Galena Blvd location today. Having heard such raves about the Crazy Bread, I thought I’d give it a try along with the Hot N Ready lunch combo. I love crispy edges on deep dish pizza so I knew this would be a perfect way to start my day. I arrived around 11:00 am. I wanted my food to be fresh. When I arrived, a young lady came to the counter and took my order. She was friendly, and the service was fast. She handed me my order and I was on my way. The smell of the Crazy Bread was simply divine — so I dug in. Other reviews describe these to be slightly under cooked — as in, it’s not crispy. Still, it was warm, moist and simply delicious flavored with butter, garlic with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. The marinara sauce was cold, and because I was driving, I didn’t want to chance spilling it in my car. So I just dug into my bag — one piece at a time. After about 2 pieces, I reached in the bag to grab another. Bit into it and when I pulled the bread away from my mouth — out comes this LONGSTRANDOFBROWNHAIR!!! I thought I would be sick!!! I quickly turned around to return my order — I could not drive fast enough! When I returned, Here is what I observed … The same young lady who waited on me was cutting 3 large pizzas in open boxes. Her hair was tied in a ponytail on the top of her head, but her ponytail was just swinging over those pizzas as she was cutting them. Her hair color was a match. I asked for the manger but he was tied up at the moment. So, the young lady looked in the bag, pulled out the piece with the hair and threw the bag in the trash. No issue returning the ENTIREORDER. I did mention to her what I observed and how I think this happened. She did defend this by stating it’s never happened before — and this may be true. However, I wanted her to know it could happen again and she should tie down that ponytail. I cannot say I won’t visit this chain again or never order the Crazy Bread again. I really hate this was my experience because it was really good. Next time — whenever that will be — I will revisit the Farnsworth location.

I have NO Idea how this Place is NOT Closed Down by the Health Department!!! The Owner Must be Friends with someone who works for the City!!! I purchased a Pizza from this Location & it had a Roach in the Box!!! After seeing the Roach I immediately walked back in, opened the box & showed the manager. Her immediate Response was we cant have Roaches we hired a company to get rid of them. WOW!!! I demanded a FULL Refund! I explained to the manger how I NEVER left the parking lot and I had already eat 1 slice. After a line of people were disgusted and started leaving only then did she Refund me my money. I went to the Hospital because I could Not stop Throwing up. I was informed by the Hospital it’s not the Roach that made me sick, it’s the Pesticides the Roach ate and then I possibly ate a roach. I called Health Department at least 50+ times & Never received a Call back only to Leave another Voice Mail. I called the location and demanded the owner call me back. I never received a Call back. I called Little Caesars Corporate office to file a complaint to Only receive a letter stating«They will investigate your concern by the location and a correcting the source of the problem. Someone from this office will contact you shortly.» I NEVER Received a Call back from anyone!!! Please Stay Away from this DUMP!!! Unless you like to Eat Roach Infested Food!!!
