How ridiculous is that they cancel my appointment that I had made almost two months ago a day before the actual date. And why? To accommodate an emergency. If the emergency can wait a day can’t it wait for a few more. And it was double appointment for my two daughters. I adjusted my work scheduled and everything for this middle of the week middle of the day appointment. HORRIBLE. Not sure why I should be forced to give even one star. I should be allowed to leave a review without a star as they don’t deserve that.

Awful. During a cleaning, the dentist missed two cavities that were glaringly obvious to a different dentist who saw my wife a month later. No x-rays were suggested. A visual inspection seemed to suffice. My wife’s pain was too much to bear, so she consulted with a different dentist. Before this revelation, I had an appointment set but failed to write it down. I called to inquire about my appointment several times, and left a message over the course of one month. I received no response. I called once again, and was informed that, lo and behold, my appointment was yesterday! My wife received a complimentary reminder call the week of her appointment. So what was the deal with my call? The clerk replied«You didn’t write it down? Let’s see, your appointment was xx xx(which was the day before I called). Oh yeah, I got your message, and sorry I didn’t give you a call back. Sometimes it just gets so busy around here.» I replied«My insurance runs out at the end of the month. Is there anything that can be done? Can I get squeezed in since made a concerted effort to find out my appointment time.» I was told that they’ll try and call me if anything frees up. It is now the next month, and I have not received a call. I understand it gets busy. I understand the small, dirty, antiquated dental office may be understaffed. But this office missed the marks on 1) returning my call from one month ago 2) giving me a reminder call 3) customer service recovery.
