Magic Nails

Our regular pedicure spot! Love the massage chairs, bottled water & warm towels! This time we had Katie, she was very pleasant and talkative. I know that not all the manicurists speak English, but I appreciate that she does. She also did an amazing job on our flowers. Will be back!

The girl that did my nails was super nice & chatty. before I paid. After paying my $ 35 tab & tipping $ 7 for my manicure, she went mute. The last touch to my manicure was putting on polish after I paid my bill. She could not have slapped the polish on faster or sloppier. The shape of my nails turned out, the only way I can describe, wonky.

These ladies are great! Always friendly and very clean. They do an amazing job! I would suggest making an appointment since they are usually busy!
They do prefer cash and checks to credit cards.

The place is really clean and it’s nice they offer you a cold bottle of water. I do like how they have disposable liners for their pedicure tubs. I asked my nail tech if she would be able to really work on my heels since they were so dry and cracking, and not much was done. My heels were still rough but my pedicure did come out nice. Usually when I get a pedi, the polish usually lasts about 2 – 3 weeks. The last two times I’ve been here it’s lasted about a week and half before it starts chipping away. Staff is always friendly though and it’s really close to my house.

Straight forward pedi. Clean, comfortable, easy, professional, and friendly. For a dude, no complaints.

I’ve come here for years, i recently started getting my nails done again. Now I came in to get a rebase and the guy took me back and began to do my nails. I don’t know what happened but halfway through my session he developed such a terrible attitude towards me. He didn’t speak the rest of the session even if I said «thank you», nothing. Just «$ 17 for you» so I gave him the money plus tip, NOT ONE THANK YOU FOR THE TIP. Mind him I don’t HAVE to give a tip you are not entitled to it when I pay you for service. It’s a Courtesy. Anyways, I go sit to dry my nails and I still manage to say «thank you» for servicing my nails, still not one word. Just puts my stuff down and leaves. He didn’t even turn on the table to dry my nails? Im sorry this is my first negative review on any place, I haven’t even left the parking lot yet because I couldn’t leave without writing this. I will NEVER be back. Not too mention my nails weren’t cleaned properly. Ridiculous.

Came in for a quick nail shaping and polish. They were very inexpensive and fast, but thorough. The warm towels after washing my hands with a sugar scrub was a nice touch. Great job, Linh. I will definitely be back for the full mani-​pedi treatment soon!

Very nice nail techs. Clean. Decorated very well. Tons of magazines to read. Lots of polish options, including shellac. I had a simple, plain mani and they did a good job. They charged me extra to remove my gel polish, but didn’t tell me this was the case until after they rang me up. They do waxing as well, maybe some other spa like services too. Everybody there really seemed to enjoy their experience.

Went here in hopes that all nails salons in this area weren’t like the last I went to! And thankfully this one wasn’t. Cute little place, went right when they opened and didn’t have to wait. Jay gave me a fill and a repaint with shellac and reshaped my nails to make them look more natural like I prefer and added a nail for $ 42 after the tip. He’s awesome will definitely return for him!

Have been going for a few years, but lately seems to be slipping, especially when owner isn’t there! too busy, not enough help and not organized! went in for a mani/​pedi and the mani took a total of about 5minutes ~ didn’t put lotion on my hands or massage then told me another girl would do pedicure! I soaked my feet about 15mins waiting for someone to do the pedicure… that was a rush no top coat!!! Was a total mess! Didn’t feel relaxed at all!!! Don’t think will be going back

I came into this place after a horrible day at 6:50pm praying I could get a pedicure at this late hour (they close at 7:00pm). When I walked in as they were closing I asked for a pedicure please!!! Instead of turning me away they did it without complaint!!! It was an awesome pedicure from Jay:-) I will be back!

The previous reviews are accurate and similar to my experience. I called for an appointment at 5:15 p.m. on a Tuesday and they fit me in at 6:30 p.m. The establishment closed at 7:00 p.m. but they were happy to take walk in’s at 6:45 p.m. There were several customers that came in after I did and they did not turn anyone away. I had a full set of the acrylic nails put on and I do prefer my nails long but most establishments in that area are not use to customers wanting long nails but I will work with them to get them the length that I prefer. I would highly recommend and I will return. Here are the highlights.
1. They greet you and provide a refreshment.
2. They do prefer checks or cash. I do understand why, I work in finance and merchant fees are expensive. They charge businesses a flat merchant fee «%» depending on the type of card and the issuer of the card. This can add up to thousands of dollars a month and for a small business this can mean higher prices. These prices are passed on to the consumer and if they are requesting cash or check they can avoid the merchant fees associated with accepting credit cards and keep the prices low. Not knowing this I only had a credit card. I apologized several times but they understood. I told them in the future I promise to bring cash or a check! I felt awful but they didn’t make me feel bad at all!
3. They listen.
4. Very clean.
5. Ann was my nail technician and she did a fantastic job.
6. Walk in’s welcome but I felt contempt for the technicians who were there all day long with the expectation that the salon closed at 7:00 p.m. and people were walking in minutes before they closed. Not appropriate to walk in minutes before they close. They should be able to go home and not stay because the lack of planning. They were all professional and took care of everyone who walked in before close.
7. Great customer service.

I love love Linda she does a fantastic job on acrylics I’m never disappointed when I leave when she dies then. Today though I’m a little disappointed first of all 8 $ to take of my nails is OUTRAGEOUS especially since they literally just rip them off I Can do that for free at home, my manicure has already chipped and I LITERALLY just left, also one nail is bubbled because the tech (not Linda) messed it up and to dry it quickly blew on it which makes it bubble. I’m not thrilled with my manicure from now on I will only make an appointment with Linda!

I love this place! Im that type of person that if my nails chip then I just take them all off and I love getting gel nails. This place has good quality nail polish and it’s really clean!!! It’s affordable I just think there price for pedicure is a little to high for my budget! Other than that they are really friendly and they even give you a bottle water when you get there. I recommend this place to whoever loves getting gel nails done! They don’t chip!

Great place never went anywhere else for my hands! Love all the girls and miss them ;) I moved to TX that’s the only way to make me stop going.

I have been looking for a good nail salon since I moved here. Finally found it! Linda is wonderful and great at nails but is always busy. The girl she put me with did an awesome job not only with my nails but massage. I almost fell asleep. They give you a water when you arrive which is a simple gesture that goes a long way.

This is my go to nail shop in the neighborhood. They do everything from your regular mani/​pedis (with the super nice massage pedi chairs), gel manicures, to acrylics to waxing services. The technicians do a great job and always very diligent about cleaning tools and giving you a good experience. Plus they will always get yu in for an appointment. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming here for years and it is always a good experience. What I love that It is a clean salon and I never have to wonder whether or not their tools are clean. They also usually give you a cold bottle of water to sip on while you are there. The owner Linda is always there and is a very nice woman.
I have been seeing Ann for the past few visits for my shellac manis and she does an excellent job. She always does exactly what I ask and is super sweet.

I’ve been coming to Magic Nails for many years now and it rarely disappoints! Everything about them is wonderful:
1. it is always super clean in the shop
2. they have a great variety of colors (with lots of OPI which I love)
3. their massage chairs are super comfortable
4. they have the best prices in town
5. they give you a cold bottle of water upon walking in
6. they speak English fluently, keep comfortable conversation with their clients, and do not chatter among each other while working
7. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they use individually wrapped nail tools, not public tools that they disinfect in a cup! They are the first nail shop I have ever been to that does this!
The only concern I have is that I usually pay for my services before they apply my nail polish, and I have noticed that they rush through and finish once I have payed, which ends up making some of the nails look a little careless. As long as I pay after my services, everything is really great otherwise!

They do great work here — and the prices are good!
