It was a very pleasant experience working with Zack, whose knowledge and patience about mattresses indicated his knowledge was in front of the curve. He explained what needed to be explained to us, mattress neophytes, on the aspects of every level of mattress. Looking forward to delivery and setup… so far I’m pleased with my experience. Zach Smith is the customer sales rep you want. He wasn’t pushy and was highly informed on each product. We are very pleased with our mattress. I have extensive sales experience and know all the tricks when it comes to a quick, pushy sale. Zach did none of these. He simply allowed us to try out each mattress and gave us info on each one — there was no push. Don’t forget that you need to negotiate in every sales situation. We got a great deal on a King Size mattress. Ask for Zach when you arrive. If I was still managing a sales department, I’d steal him away in a heart-beat. He’s great and will make you feel good about your purchase when you leave.

I wish we could say we bought a mattress but after our experience today we will NEVER step foot in that store again. The salesman was wayyyy too pushy. He literally made my skin crawl with the way he talked to us and other customers. Another nice new salesman was trying to help us and this other guy kept barreling him over. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough after he started with the«what can I do to get you to buy today». Paaaalleeeease… Im not an idiot and Im certain dropping 5 grand without doing my own research first. After I do I will definitely be going elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this MF location. Needed a bed asap and I needed it delivered clear across town(denver) and the salesman made it happen! He also threw in free Delivery and a mattress protector. I was in and out within 30 mins. The Delivery men were fantastic ! They called beforehand and got my bed set up in literally 15 mins! They had great energy and really seemed to like their jobs! I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

This store opened a credit card under someone’s name using my house address — and proceeded to sell them a mattress. So now I’m getting banking statements with someone else’s name because they didn’t bother to verify the address on the person’s ID when opening the credit card. Furthermore, they don’t know what a telephone is. I’ve been calling them for 2 hours straight and it just keeps ringing. No one answers, no voice mail, no answering system. No nothing. I’m not even a customer of this store and now I never will be. Don’t trust these people with your financial information, and don’t expect to receive support if you try to call them for anything.

I have bought several mattresses here, most recently I came back after about 2 years since I bought and returned a Tempur-pedic. Great service and i always get a great price. Talk to Jon, the manager. I should also note I went to another location prior to this one and the service was not nearly as good and I left without buying a mattress. I ended up getting a better deal at this location.

My wife and I got one of their upper-end«memory foam» mattresses. The thing disintegrated within 30 days of getting it. We both«bottom out» on the bedsprings. And while I’m a bigger person, my wife certainly is not. Talked to the salesman. He said we had to wrap it up to bring it back to the warehouse. I go spend $ 25 and wait in line for an hour at U-Haul to get a resealable mattress bag. I bag it up and take it in. They then immediately cut the bag open with a knife, point at something and say that it’s stained and they won’t take it back. It was supposed to have a 10-year warranty for manufacturing defects, and it didn’t last a month! The guy at the warehouse was an absolute ass, to boot. I pointed out that we had a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against defective construction, and that any stain that may have actually been there wouldn’t have anything to do with that warranty. He told me to leave.(It got a little heated on both our parts at that point, admittedly). Wouldn’t even tape up the bag they ripped open for us to haul it back. I can’t say these guys are crooks and liars in a forum like this without having to be able to defend myself in a defamation lawsuit. No, I can’t say that. … But I’m certainly thinking it *very* loudly.
