After searching online for few of the mattresses we found this store. Expected it to be costly but to our surprise we found mattresses within our budget and to our liking. Store manager was extremely helpful. Overall it was a nice experience.

Justin LaBuda turned around my entire memorial day sale shopping experience this weekend! After trying a couple different stores who were pushy, not helpful, and truthfully made us uncomfortable, I came to Mattress Firm. Justin was open to the idea that me and my sister already had an idea of what we wanted, but he used his immense knowledge of mattresses to make sure we made the best decision for our sleeping style (never knew how important that was)! Beds were delivered and slept in already, complete satisfaction with product, company, and especially customer service! Skip the rest if you want to avoid the awkward pushiness of salesman and go somewhere that cares about you as a customer!

This place is AWESOME. Justin was completely what I needed in a mattress salesman. He was completely educating and let me know exactly what I needed to know. He was never at all pushy and was honest enough with me without losing his salesmanship, which I appreciated. JUSTIN is the man for the job. If you need great customer service, great knowledge of mattresses and help with finding what you need, Justin is the man for sure.

I came in with a friend not expecting to buy a bed today. But after helping my friend and seeing how great Justin was with my friend, I decided to also look into buying a bed. Justin has a lot of knowledge about different types of beds and what I may enjoy as a side sleeper.
Justin helped pick the best bed for my value and was never pushy to get me to buy the bed. After a few minutes of thinking, I decided to buy the bed. They have some great prices. I would definitely suggest my Chicago friends to head his way to look into getting a new bed.

Horrible customer service! Stopped in to buy a mattress set and pillows and was given the run around about my order. Had to wait a week for my delivery and never showed up no courtesy call or nothing. Very disappointed!

Highly recommend this Bedding Experts location. Came in looking for two twin beds for the kids. Salesman Mark was accommodating, honest, definitely not pushy. Settled on price and made my purchase. I got a follow-​up call from store management later that day to ask about my experience. Delivery/​setup was prompt on the scheduled day. I was especially surprised to get another follow-​up phone call from the store to confirm that I was satisfied with my entire experience. The concern for customers at this location is genuine which is a rare luxury when retailers usually ask you to fill out some generic survey online. Great job guys!
