McDonald’s

All I was asking was what my options were for sauces for my ten piece chicken nuggets but the gentleman taking my order became extremely argumentative and defensive and refused to tell me and informed me that he had already told me my options and I shouldn’t have asked again. This customer service is not what I would expect from McDonald’s.

The cashier was rude. I ordered my food and had a coupon, which printed at king soopers, and when I handed the coupon I was greeted with an eye roll. That was not good customer service specially if it’s a coupon they promote. If they have too many of these coupons, which the employee said, it’s no reason to be rude to the customer.

I like their coffee. It’s good and hot and not too expensive.

The play area for kids is fantastic… My niece loves it. However, the staff is usually pretty bad and tend nit to care or know what they’re doing. Drive thru orders are usually correct, but in-​house orders have been wrong in my experience.

OMG! Ever since moving to Colorado me and my family have been trying to find a place with nuggets. We’d looked everywhere. Sure you can find chicken tenders some places, but real, honest to goodness nuggets like momma used to make? Nope. Nowhere to be found. That is until I stumbled across this little gem of an eatery!
The red haired clown scared my kids or I was have given 5 stars. God I love nuggets.

while waiting for a new home to be finished, i have been using McD and Sbux as my mobile office.
my usual morning meal has been egg white delight and large coffee. its always been perfect. nothing to complain. the restaurants are always clean, the staff are (long timer) well trained. here and there, we will get new ones lost somewhere but glad that mcD is giving opportunity to untrainable (?) people. I would definetely hire them if they have worked at McD for more than 6 months.
the main reason i m giving 5 star this morning from previous 4 star is.
1. my large coffee was refilled by the lady who keeps this place clean and also passes out samles of cinnamon roles. its always nice surprise when you get something extra even though its just lilttle gesture.
2. ran into Dale Z and got a vochure for free ice coffee. hoot hoot.
keep a positive attitude and everything coming your way will be delightful. free refill or free coffee voucher isnt worth million bucks but like others always says. «money can’t buy happiness» but small thoughtful actions from others will.
pass it on the positive energy!

Waited 15 minutes for a hamburger one night and didn’t get a «Sorry about the wait» or coupon for a free drink or anything at all to acknowledge the obnoxious wait time. They were not busy. Two people in the drive-​thru. I worked fast food for three years, I know the protocol and it ticks me off when employees treat you like your time is of no importance.
I ordered their new promotional thing that Lebron James is doing, and I am such a fool. $ 5.50 for a $ 2 burger that wasn’t even fresh. The fries were old and cold and the root beer was watered down big time. So why the 15 minute wait? You got me.

This McDonald’s actually knows how to run their drive-​thru. They are fast, friendly and always get your order correct.

The staff here is one of the best in the state. Food quality is consistent and they always get your order right. Its on my way to work and it’s always a treat to start my day here

Always fast and reliable… Except this time– small instead of Large and egg on the wife’s breakfast sandwich. Still good though!
