If you want to get what you ordered, do not use the drive-thru at this location. 4 of my last 5 orders were messed up – either stuff I didn’t order(like cheese on a burger where the grill tag stated — correctly — no cheese) or missing food(like the pancakes and hashbrowns on two«big breakfasts»). good thing I had the receipts! Have spoken with management several times, they always apologize and fix it, but then it happens again. Training here seems to be really poor. Oh – and this has been the case for the 8 years I’ve lived here. Why not use another? Because if I’m tired or in a hurry, I don’t want to go 15+ miles out of my way.

First of all most people would say McDonald’s is McDonald’s and to be honest, I agree. However, this one is particularly bad. The quality of service and the quality of attitude is just poor poor. First of all you BETTER check your bag with your food EVERY time cuz it isn’t going to be right. You are GOING to have to pull forward and wait and don’t bother ordering ANTHING special. If you take it like they give it, pull forward and wait and don’t expect any napkins and are willing to gamble on whether or not your food was actually cooked correctly then, well… ignore this review completely and enjoy!
