The manager on shift at 7 pm is the best ever. My order was correct but over cooked. Wait time 3 minutes. Out on time. No attitudes. All smiles. Staff seemed to be calm under her management. After a cold long day of dealing with dummies, I’m very satisfied with my stop here! Ty guys!!!

It’s McDonald’s, so you know what you’re getting. I’ve only been to the drive-through, and the time it takes to get your food is about average. When there are no cars there, they are fairly quick. Most recently there was a large line, so it took longer(which is expected). Not going to complement on service since I haven’t had issues, seems like most people say poor things about the staff so I will continue to use the drive-up windows!

This is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.(I know that it is in fact McDonalds that I’m talking about, so I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt.) Unfortunately, the service was so horrific I will never go back, even though it is very close to my home. The woman at the front counter was apparently a manager,(judging by her uniform and the color of her name-tag) yet was completely inconsiderate in almost every way possible! When I didn’t get the sauce I asked for when I ordered, I politely went back up to the counter and asked her if I could have one. She disgustingly rolled her eyes and snickered«we charge 50 cents for sauces!» Although, I have never payed for a sauce and I thought 50 cents was a little high, I dug in my pockets, pulled out the change and handed it over. I was slightly annoyed with her attitude, but refrained from saying anything. ‘She’s just having a bad night,’ I thought. She throws the ranch on the counter at me. That gets me really on edge. I said«I don’t understand why that was necessary. I wasn’t unruly or rude to you in anyway, and I really feel like you are being extremely unprofessional towards me for no reason!» At this point, she just turns toward her co-worker and says, rather loudly, «what does she expect, coming in here dressed like a delinquent effin’ freak?!» I couldn’t believe my ears. She had seriously discriminated me based on my appearance. I realize there is a social stigma, having a mohawk and dressing«punk» but come on! To hear an acual MANAGER judge me based on how I’m dressed was totally unexpected and I pride myself on being a nice person. I informed her that she shouldn’t be judging anybody, considering she’s 40 years old and a manager at McDonalds. I know, rude of me, right? But screw that. You want to assume I’m a «delinquent», that’s exactly what you’re going to get!

Since it was last reviewed, the place has had a complete makeover. Food, service, in all respects, it’s a McDonald’s, no better and no worse than any other.

This is the worst McDonalds in Colorado and I am absolutely warning you not to ever set foot in this place. My husband and I just happened to pass by and thought we would stop in after the Bronco game for a quick dinner. The neighborhood isn’t the best… East Colfax and I-225 in Aurora(near the RTD station and some motels). We saw a pretty long line when we came in. It quickly became clear that the service was nonexistent! The disgruntled, middle-aged woman at the counter didn’t wear a name tag and proceeded to sneer at everyone who stepped up to order. When it was finally my turn to order she just stared at me! She didn’t ask me «What can I get for you», or «May I help you?»…NOTHING!!! I finally asked her if she was ready to take my order because it was just so bizarre to have her stand there staring/glaring at me. The weirdest thing was that she would take the orders, but not bother to gather any of the food… everyone had to just stand off to the side after ordering with their empty trays and to-go bags piling up on the counter. She would occasionally stop taking orders and saunter over to gather the food for people who had waited for upwards of 10 minutes for their food. It was ridiculous. Not to mention that her nails were so loooong that I just stood there and prayed that they wouldn’t touch the fries that she finally decided to put on my tray. Those nails looked like a breeding ground for bacteria and it grossed me out to think of where they had been and what was growing underneath them. Oh yeah, those fries that she finally gave me tasted so dry and old that I actually imagined they tasted like what her disgusting nails would taste like if they fell off and into my bag.
