McDonalds

The food was fast and hot and delicious. The employees were kind and respectful. I enjoyed the atmosphere since it was relatively quiet and everyone else in there was behaving. McDonalds gets a bad rep because it’s the face of the fast food industry but I enjoyed the food and don’t see anything wrong with the restaurant in general. Five stars from me.

Most inept manager i have ever seen. Had one guy cleaning the dining room, meanwhile food isn’t getting out fast enough. And the manager is just playing on her computer. I will not come back to this one. The only good service was the drive thru crowd.

We visit this McDonald’s regularly. Every great once in awhile, they get the order wrong, but for fast food, this is a great location. I am rarely asked to pull up (usually for something like the Chicken Selects special), the order is almost always perfect, and the employees always have a smile on their faces. For fast food, it’s a great spot.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for more than 10 years now, and their service has progressively come to lack more and more attention for their customers. Today, I order 2 Sandwiches (not even a meal!), and had to go wait in a parking spot. Then when I received my bag, it only had one sandwich I ordered covered in the sauce I asked not to have. This is one of those McDonalds that will always screw up your order. So much for «fast» or «convenient».

The employees at this location are, quite frankly, rude and unprofessional. Traffic held my boyfriend and I up a bit on the way to a Polo match in Oswego so we had to stop for something quick to eat, unfortunately this was it. The person could not get our order right in the drive-​thru so we had to fix things at the window, and while we were trying to it became clear why there was a problem– there we were, trying to explain what we wanted, when right in the middle of my sentence the person turns to a co-​worker to respond to something said that was no doubt very important, what was it? oh wait, «haha, shut-​up, yo». Pa-​leez @@ Food tasted the same as always, but was sloppily put together. You are not their priority. You’d do better to take yo money elsewhere.

I have stopped at this location a few times on my way to work for my morning coffee because it was conveniently located along my commuting route. The food is always as expected but every time I order the coffee from this location I am very dissatisfied. It tastes like hot sugar water with cream every single time. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, I received a nasty attitude and several dirty looks when I asked if they could make the flavoring a little stronger because it’s doesn’t taste like other McDonald’s coffee. I asked if they were using the same coffee as other locations, they said that they did. I told them that it doesn’t taste the same, that the flavoring was very weak and asked if they could add some more coffee grounds when making the coffee to enhance the flavor. They rudely replied that they would not do that.
I will no longer give this location my business, not only for the lack of quality in their coffee but also because of the horrible service experience I received. I will be bringing this to the location managers attention and also writing to corporate to bring my complaints to their attention as I am sure they would be less than pleased to hear that the quality of the product that is being served to their local consumer base is not uniform to the McDonald’s standards and also the fact that a customer who was simply providing constructive criticism was treated so poorly.

Near my part time weekend job. Always have issues at this location. Coffee does not taste like other McDonald’s coffee. This location is connected to a gas station and the coffee tastes like coffee found at a gas station. Service is always slow. Need to get your act together.
