Every time I visit my relatives in Denver I like to try out new gyms, my brother in law had coupon for a new gym… I investigated and decided to go for a visit.
If you are serious body builder or like strong man training this is your spot! This is a no frills hard core gym and I loved every bit of it.
Most corporate gyms don’t cater to the serious lifter, this gym has tires, chains, 200lb. dumbbells, a neck machine (very rare find!!), a hammer jammer, two hammer strength standing pull pieces I had never scene before, a super pullover (those are getting harder and harder to find), dead-​lifting platforms, power racks and the list goes on.
This gym is tucked away gem and I wish you guys the best… I am wearing one of your shirts as I right this review :)
They also have a no creeper rule which I thought was a nice touch.
I will visit again the next time I am in Denver!

Love this place and the atmosphere! Michael and Derrick are amazing at what they do! I would compare this place to the world renown Denver Mecca Armbrust Pro gym! Denver Colorado has it it all with these two gyms. It’s hardcore lifting at its finest! Metroflex is on point and the staff knows how to get you motivated not only in the gym but also is very personable about your life! Get there quick and check it out!
