Dropped my expensive phone in water. Thought it was done for. Tried to dry in rice for 24 hours with no luck. Brought to Guy. He fixed it in less than 24 hours! So happy I don’t have to buy new phone!

OMG! I could only wish to give this store –100 stars! The «owner» Guy Yip is the worst business owner I have every encountered. I was told that my phone would take 3 – 5 business days to get fixed starting 6÷13÷14. So I must admit when the agent said that I could start calling to check the status of my phone I called and checked every day from Wednesday on because I was super excited to FINALLY GET MY PHONE FIXED :) But this wasn’t the case. I waited for a week and a half just to have Mr Yip scream at me saying that I was calling to much (once a day) and he didn’t want any trouble. He then went on to say that he would give me a full refund and didn’t even fix the phone!!! He did NOT CARE at all about the inconvenience he had just put me through and I told him that this was RIDICULOUS!!! I would NOT recommend going here at all! He was rude and I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Thank gawd I found a place that’s going to charge me the same price (alterntive cellular littleton) and over the phone they sound so much nicer already. IF YOU WANT POOR SERVICE OR IN MY CASE BOTH POOR AND NO SERVICE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

So, I took my phone to them to get fixed. It has a cracked screen and they said «we’ll be able to fix it within 3 hours.» So, I left it there for the first time, and when I come back, Ivan, I believe was his name, said that he didn’t have the right screwdriver. I was pretty annoyed but he said to come back in a week or so cause he’ll bring it in. So, I went back yesterday, and a different guy (I don’t remember his name.) said he could fix it cause he has the right one. He said to come back in SEVEN hours to get my phone. So when I finally arrive to pick up my phone, he says that he can’t fix it. HORRIBLE customer service, and I think he did something to mess it up because my phone is saying that it’s searching for service and it’s never happened before. I paid 100 $ for the WORST customer service I’ve EVER been given in my life. I’d advise you to stay away.
