Some of the staff was quite rude, especially to those who seemed less informed. Their approach was… if you don’t like it, tough, we have your car. you’ll do what we want if you want it back. which is a terrible mentality for a ‘recovery’ service.
As a business in the state of Colorado, they are required to accept two forms of payment. Accept cash only and refuse any and all other sorts of payment. No card, no check, no prepaid money order, etc.
