Move Easy LLC

Same issue moving a piano. I have never heard back from them and its been 6 months. With so many moving help companies it is easy to go else where. I wish I could have given them a big zero.

I have never given a one star or even negative review to a business before… until now. Move Easy was a company contracted out to us through the Moving Help and Uhaul services. They moved us into our house only, we used another company to move us out. The movers themselves were on time, fast and courteous, however while moving a piano in, they left 2 huge scratches across the entire hardwood floor. In addition to the standard moving fees, we paid an additional $ 150 just to move the piano, so we figured they would know how to properly move one without damaging the floor. Moving companies usually have insurance to cover these things, so I contacted Jesse, the owner of Move Easy, who told me to email him pictures, which I did. Then we heard nothing back. NOTHING. Despite multiple phone calls and emails over nearly one month he has continued to ignore us. We are now left to refinish the floors at our own cost. Unprofessional is an understatement. If you are moving, save yourself the trouble and go with a different company!
