Super rushed. Which is what I usually like, but this was like really rushed. Not much cheaper than anywhere else that takes VSP. Only went here because it is next to my house. Also called for an inquiry after my visit and never got called back. Typical for this part of town, nobody cares attitude. Overall, meh.

I went to One Hour Optical as a kid then just began going again this year. I am so glad it did! The people who work at this location are amazing and willing to help. My little boy just got glasses and they were so patient and so kind it melted my heart. I have vision insurance so this place is expensive without it but if you have insurance they accept GO! I went to Visionworks across the street for 6 years and will never go back unless I have to for cost reasons. They lady who was amazing and super helpful had red curly hair and wore glasses herself, I wish I could remember her name because everyone should see her when finalizing the experience. But truly, they are all smiles and kindness and I love that!
