Best place hands down to buy a vacuum! Steve in the Aurora store was so helpful! He really knows all the machines and takes the time to explain the features of them. Excellent customer service! I just got and Oreck and the canister and they work wonderfully. I will never buy a vacuum from a big retailer again, as it seems to loose it’s cleaning power pretty quickly. It also doesn’t make sense to buy a vacuum without trying it!

If there was a way to put negative stars i would feel comfortable telling or warning people of the customer service, as a small business owner you would think that the owner would care more about the people that walk into his store. He was rude, unhelpful and uncomfortably judgemental. I recommend anyone that goes into that store beware of a person only caring about himself and his own gain. P. s. i found the same vacuum online for a third of what he was selling it for in his shop.

This is a great vacuum store with caring people who try to do their best in customer service and repairs. They are also helpful salespeople and steered us to a great little vacuum to replace our well loved but worn out one. We come here for all our vacuum needs.

Had a part break on my Dyson so unenthusiastically started looking around for somewhere to get it fixed. Saw this location online and that they were an authorized repair center so figured I’d give them a shot (and they had at least 1 great Unilocal review).
This is a small shop in a shopping center and pulling up it doesn’t look like much. But to get to the point the service and repairs were top notch. Repairs were quick and the vacuum runs fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future.

First I will start by saying the Oreck vacuum itself gets a 5 star rating in my professional opinion. I run a small cleaning business and have used Oreck vacuums for 3 years. The Oreck is the best bang for your buck.
However, each Oreck store is different. I have been to both stores in the Denver area and this location is by far the best. My five star review if for this specific store. Even if the drive is farther for you, it is well worth the drive. The honesty and integrity at this location will save you time, MONEY and a headache.
So if you’re in the market for a new vacuum, go here! If you need your Oreck fixed go here! You will leave the store completely taken care of. They are super friendly as well. I have to take my beat up commercial vacuums in for tune ups and what nots frequently. So trust me. This is where you want to go for all of your Oreck needs.

What a great store! Not only did the manager, Steve, help me troubleshoot and fix my busted vaccum over the phone, but when another issue arose he was able to fix the unit in store and file a warranty claim FOR me so I didn’t have to. I was in and out in 20 minutes with my Oreck working good as new. He also gave me a quick demo on how to maintain my unit at home so I don’t go thru the same issue again in 6 months and pay out of pocket, since my warranty is up in a month.
Also, there were tons of refurbished and new uprights, handhelds, auto vaccums, carpet cleaners and such. This guy also carries all of your Oreck accessory needs aaaaaand he had a bad ass supply of Braun brand electric razor accesories and refills. He is very diversified in the services and products he offers.
Also be sure to ask if he has a USED part, rather than a new one. you can save BIG MONEY.

Hey, I have to admit, this is my business, and I love it! I think you will love it too, So if you need an Oreck vacuum or an Air Purifier or supplies for any brand of vacuum or carpet cleaning equipment or cleaning agents to clean the shower or the big window in the living room or that 200 year old desk or stain remover to get your dog Spot’s «spot» out of the carpet… then give me a ring or stop by and see how we can « Unilocal» you. How’s that for a run on sentence? We will work hard to make sure that it is Oreck that you will come back to for help and cleaning advice in the future.
