I’ve made two online delivery orders and one online carry out order to this location. Every time they have been prompt, accurate, and friendly. I did not have to wait, nor put up with loud ridiculous music, nor make a scene to be recognized. This place is run well and staffed well. I’ve only encountered one problem: I once received just 7 wings on an 8 wing order.

Made an online order at 4:30pm for a 6pm delivery. At 6:25pm, I called and was told delivery was 5 minutes away. At 6:45pm, still no delivery, so I cancelled the order. The guy on the phone had a busted give-a-shit.

It’s a papa johns pizza people? Good pizza for fast food pizza, love it. That Manager Mallorie is the sweetest girl I have ever dealt with at a papa johns pizza, so friendly :-)

EVERYTIME we order delivery, something is wrong or missing!!! EVERYTIME I order the 6cheese Tuscan pizza, which is suppose to have seasoning on it… When we get it there is never seasoning, and sometimes wonder if we just get a plain cheese pizza. Usually missing sauces, this time missing garlic sauce AND the brownies we ordered. So very annoying to deal with this business, probably going to Howies from now on. Disappointing to say the least!

We are quite happy with this pizza place. We’ve been ordering online for delivery for the past 3 years and food and service has been consistent. Love their garlic sauce! This is our go to place for pizza night!

We ordered two large pizzas(just veggies) for pick up. I became very ill after eating the pizza. We threw the second pizza out after getting ill from the first pizza. I will not be buying from this location again.

Ugh! I just moved into the area and have always loved Papa Johns. Generally we get the same service and the same great tasting pizza at every location… Not the case with this location. Do yourself a favor, go to the grocery store and cook-up a frozen pizza before wasting your time ordering pizza at this location. My husband and I ordered our pizza online… seemed fool proof. We put in our order exactly how we always do and had it delivered. Got our pizza and the order was wrong. We called papa johns and they suggested that we come pick-up a replacement pizza… annoying because we already paid for tip and delivery… but its just around the corner so we drove to the location to pick-up our replacement pizza. When we received our new order we got to the car, checked on the pizza ANDITWASSTILLWRONG! We took the pizza back into the store and informed the manager of the mistake and we surely annoyed this manager. He frustratingly said«well it’s going to take another ten minutes»… Umm ok sir, I’m sorry you didn’t follow my order the first two times we gave it to you… So he took the pizza and FINALLY fixed the order. No refund for the mistake, tip or delivery was given, nor was an apology given by the manager. There was one nice employee who handed over the final pizza whom was very polite and apologetic, the one star goes to him. Not going back to this location…

We called last night to order a pizza to be delivered. The guy that answered the phone didn’t know the products and was not help full. I finally took the phone and talked to the manager, Romey. The original guy refused to acknowledge the validity of a coupon we had received two days ago because it didn’t have a code. We had asked for two pizzas with two toppings, both thin crust, both to be square cut instead of pie cut. According to the website the total amount should have been $ 13 plus tax… the first guy said $ 18 and change. As I talked to the manager, I knew that this was not going to deliver correctly. I informed that manager I would pick them up. Upon arriving at this location, the Manager, Romey, didn’t want to accept the postcard for the special as advertised on the window, and then proceeded to ring up my order and overcharged my $ 2 and blamed the programing of the register to corporate and said there was NOTHING he could do and said if I didn’t like it, I was free to leave without taking the pizzas, however he was going to enter notes into the computer tied to my phone number. He wouldn’t discuss was he was going to enter. After further discussion in a loud manner, my pizzas were then ready to give to me. They had been pie cut instead of square cut, even thought we had asked three times on the phone that it be square cut. I forced them to redo the pizzas out of the absolute frustration of having to deal with the LACK of customer service and just poor attention to my order. Guess what, the discussion continued with the manager where he suggested that I call corporate to complain to get the pricing in his register modified to my satisfaction, but he wasn’t going to do a thing. Discussion continued. I pressed for a full refund and my pizzas… The manager NEVER apologized for any of this, never wanted to suggested anything to be helpful to help resolve the issue. I continued to push for a refund… he finally agreed with a sneer and asked for my credit card… I had paid cash… this manager was out of control, rattled and totally ineffective, showed no leadership in front of his crew. Finally I get my pizzas get home and only one of the pizza’s is thin crust. Maybe a call to corporate is indeed the right answer. Bottom line… DONOTUSETHISPAPA JOHNs… until management changes, trains and improves the manager, training, attitudes and customer service.

Boo to Papa John’s screening process for new hires! Yesterday, my wife ordered a pizza at 4 pm on the nose. She was quoted 20 minutes for our pizza. She arrived at 4:15 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Upon further inspection, she realized that the employee was slapping together a pizza, very carelssly I might add, that looked like ours. She asked if that was ours? He paused and did not answer her. She said that she had called almost 20 minutes ago, which was very rudely answered, «It’s only been 16 minutes ma’am». Now the last time I checked, 16 minutes is almost 20 minutes, and, a pizza takes more than 4 minutes to cook. With as hectic a schedule as modern families have, timing is everything. I’m dissapointed at how that employee handled the situation, not even apologizing to my wife until she with out the door. And, it’s a real shme that with all of the take out pizza joints in town, a monster like Papa John’s would not be more customer focused. On a side note she also said the floor was filthy, no counter were wiped up, and the entire place just seemed messy and in disarray

Papa Johns is my favorite pizza chain place! Lol I came to this one not too long ago, and since we didn’t order ahead we had to wait for the pizza. This wasn’t such a bad thing though because it only took about 20 minutes(give or take) and they had a row of comfy red chairs in a row in front of the counter. The workers were very friendly, and one of them even made me laugh without knowing it. he claimed he was the“cheese wizard” to his co-worker, and I had to give everything I had not to burst out laughing! Since I didn’t think he meant for me to hear it haha but good place to come. Fast and friendly service! Yummy pizza:)
