This was the first time at Pasha. Orthondonist absolutely excellent, staff was horrible!!! The receptionist to Billing clerks just nasty. Mary was rude and unwilling to assist. I would not recommend Pasha Orthodonic. They require a full payment up front and are not accommodating when filing the insurance papers as it is not their priority, why? because, I paid them in full already. Bad experience as I have been waiting 3 months for a refund on a claim they did not file until yesterday.
