Paul Davis Restoration

I recently had a toilet supply line on the second floor of my home spring a nasty leak. It wasn’t discovered until we had some rather significant accumulation in the first floor ceiling.
Jack O’Connell of Paul Davis Restoration came by to assess the damage and was an unexpected breath of fresh air. Instead of «making a project» for his company, Jack took what I consider to be the high road and counseled me on a few things I could do to rectify the problem. I just finished painting and it looks great again! I’ve unfortunately had previous experiences that have required me to seek the help of mold remediation companies. They’ve never come close to showing the amount of integrity displayed by Jack.

A company did a «mold inspection» at my seller’s home. Jerry O’Connell from Paul Davis quickly reviewed the report and made an onsite inspection so he could estimate the cost to remediate the mold. Jerry called from the home and said there was NO MOLD anywhere and the only resemblance to mold were 3 wooden shelves where a bag of plant food had been sitting were discolored and should be removed. So instead of making work for his firm he was honest and we saved a lot of time and money repairing non-​existent mold. I would certainly recommend him to fix any problems with mold, fire, or other damage repair.
