Worst Pizza Hut ever!!! Just because you’re a Pizza Hut you can still give a damn about your business! I worked in pizza for years so I know what the job is and it’s literally one of the easiest I’ve done!!! Ordered a pizza for carry out at 7:40 it’s now 8:30 and its stillll not ready! Ridiculous try caring about your job

So my boyfriend and I ordered from here last night and ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, some wings and cheese bread. We both ate some of everything. Today we woke up with stomach cramps. Then came the nausea and vomiting. It was so bad that we both had to go to the emergency room. I called and asked to talk to the manager and he told me that it can only be food poisoning after 24 hours of eating the food? Umm that’s a lie. You can get it 2 hours after eating. I’m very unhappy with this place. Never eating here again.

The customer service was great. ! The timing was unbelievably LONG. I order my food at 7:47p.m and it 9:06. That’s crazy. ! I feel sorry for the driver please you aint getting a tip. ! Shm I WILL never go there again. ! I mean I could undestand if I order half the meun but I got A Median Pizza and some wings. ! REALLY .! That shits outta line .! Take it from me go some WHEREELSE. ! .and Im still waiting. !

I placed an online order for pizza and wings from this location. After placing the order I was given a delivery time of 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time that I placed the order. I did not know that it would take this long to receive an order given that the restaurant is less than 2 miles from my house, but I did not get the delivery time until after the order was submitted, so I waited patiently for my order… I finally received my order 2 hours and 45 minutes after the time that I had place the order(1 hour and 15 minutes later than the already long wait time that I was given). Not only was my order super late, but the pizza and wings were cold and needed to be reheated. Once I finally got to taste the food, the quality /flavor was mediocre at best. I called the pizza hut and was transferred the manager. I explained my situation and he told me that they could place in a new order for me, but it would take a while before I received it. I told the manager that I was not impressed and would not order from them again and then he said«so what do you want me to do?» following that he offered to credit me for my order. Not once did I receive an apology or acknowledgement of the bad service. The charges for the original sale is still pending on my bank account, so I still don’t know if the purchase will be truly refunded or not… Bottom line, even if I get the money back, I should not have to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive my order. Had I been given a more accurate delivery time, then I could have chosen to proceed with the order or not place it… I feel like I would have went to Little Caesars or Black Jack and get a pizza much faster of similar quality for just a fraction of the price. I will not buy pizza from this place again, and I hope that other customers that have had similar experiences don’t return to them until they start to offer better customer service and better quality food.

This place was a mess when I walked inside. No one immediately came to the front when I arrived. The phones kept ringing and trust me nobody was making it a priority to answer the constantly ringing phones at any time. Next, I found out they added my name but never submitted an order for me. So I had to wait 15 minutes in the store to get my 1 large pepperoni pizza. I’m only giving them 2 stars vs 1 because they lowered the price on my order for their mistake, so at least they have some decency.

This location just lost my business. I order atleast $ 25 worth of food and always tip very well above 15%. I always order online to avoid the extremely bad customer service. I always have to wait to get along time before a human answers the phone. When I do its rude from the get go. I’ve had my order canceled because I didn’t answer the phone when they screwed up MY order. I didn’t get an apology or a discount when I reordered. ill be doing carry out at another location until I move. I doubt the manager of this location cares. They are always hiring and I can see why.
