If I could give it 0 stars I would. This location has proven time and time again how unreliable it can be. Every single time I call(no matter what time of day) I am greeted with«Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, there is at least a 2 hour wait». Seriously? Maybe you should hire some more employees. We have finally figured out its easier to order over the phone(since the order is always wrong when ordered online) and picking it up. And then I have to check my order before even walking out the door because they ALWAYS try and give us less breadsticks. Even after I have been told on the phone I have the double order. I feel like I have to babysit them and do their jobs for them. Ridiculous! Last time our order was very late and when we called back they gave us a credit on the food and that it expired soon so we needed to use it. They told us they would make sure we got our food sooner this time and not have to wait. It figures that when I call in to make good on this offer I am greeted once again with a 2 hour wait and when I drop this information I am put on hold while(I am guessing) a manager can be found to speak with. She tells me she has no clue who I talked to but they can’t just give us our food ahead of anyone. Well maybe you should tell your employees not to promise something they cannot deliver on. My husband decides he will just go pick it up. When he arrived he said someone had hung a loose leaf sheet of paper on the front of the door and someone had written in that the inside restaurant was closed. Really? On a Saturday night? No wonder it was such a long delivery time. When my husband went to get the order they said something was wrong with it and had to re-do something. And I had warned him to make sure he checked they gave us the correct amount of breadsticks… GUESSWHAT?! Nope. So he had to tell them. This was the last straw. We will never be ordering from this headache of a place again. Corporate if you are reading this, please look into this place. Please either close it down or fire the team you have and hire a new management team who can turn this place around. I am sure you cannot be making much money with all the issues that are occurring here. Maybe you need to hire some more employees but please do something. I could go on and on about all the issues we have gone through in the past but I feel as though I have gone on long enough. I will be ordering from the other Pizza Hut by my house and even though they will not deliver to our home(because of the boundaries of where they are allowed to deliver) we will make the effort to drive to them and use them from now on. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE and order from Papa Johns. They are reliable and fast and friendly!

This locations online ordering is always down! 3 times I wanted to order pizza online the past few weeks and 3 times I was unable to. By far the slowest Pizza Hut and the worst quality as well. Now I’m not saying this just because of the online ordering being down but because it is simply true. ¾ of my past Orders never included the sauce drizzle I had requested on my pizza. Consistently this was a problem and consistently it was never resolved. What is wrong with these people?

I can’t give it five stars, because, well, it’s only Pizza Hut. However, it seems like they’ve turned this one around! The food was great; our server was great! The pizza and garlic cheese bread were the best that I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. It brought back memories of the 80’s when we ate at Pizza Hut all the time and they were on the top of their game. This is one of the few Huts around that still has a dining room(and video games!). The rest are carry-out or delivery only. I’m glad this is still here and hope that they win back enough customers to keep it open. They do need to re-pave the parking lot. It’s getting pretty rough. Whatever problems this location had in the past, I’m glad they’ve fixed them. We will definitely return!

If I could rate 0 starts I would. Why doesn’t corporate look at all theses bad ratings, especially for the past year. Well Sunday night I put an order in for a total of $ 35. It was cold outside and close to bedtime so I figured I would order out. After completing the order online, the estimated time for delivery was under 40minutes. Close to an hour later, the pizza still had not arrived and I called the store to inquire. The salesmen on the phone told me that my order was still in the restaurant. I asked to speak to the Manager and explained that their online site way off and asked why is my order still there after an hour. She apologized and tried to make me feel better by saying the food is in the warmer. That doesn’t help and is awful because the food freshness is gone and sometimes the warmer warms the food to wel and end up with a over heated meal. I asked if they would credit my order or what can they do for the inconvenience considering I could have went somewhere else and could have been waiting by now. She said the driver«should» be on his way and that she could not credit my bill but instead give me a credit on the next order. «Who wants to order again. I know there is a way to credit te bill or recognize your mistakes and make it right for me and all the hungry people in the house waiting for food. We cancelled the order. HORRIBLE!!!

This pizza hut is almost comically awful. Every time I order from them my order is wrong and disgusting and it takes three times as long as any other pizza place. Last time I ordered from them I waited an hour and 20 minutes(guy told me less than an hour) and the guy took my address down wrong which took even longer, then finally when it arrived my order was wrong. As usual. I called to complain and I got some serious attitude, we finally agreed on them sending out another order, I was assured it would be sent right away and I wouldn’t have to wait that long again. An hour later, still no pizza, I called and demanded my money back. I will never even bother trying to order front this location again. Hire more people, fire your managers, I don’t know what’s going on over there, but something needs to be done.

This place is the worst. Terrible delivery. Poor service. If you call em they put you on hold right away and leave you hanging for a good half an hour. I like Pizza Hut but unless the management here changes, I won’t be ordering from here anymore. This is the 5th time in the last year that the experience has been poor. I usually order pizza once every couple of months and this has been the worst place. Usually the drivers come in late and the pizza is cold. The answer is always«there are only two of us and we are very busy». Which might well be the case but the store promises times that are not realistic.

We’ve always been fans of Pizza Hut for the occasional cheap, delivery pizza when we’re just too lazy to do anything else. However, the last few times we’ve order delivery it has taken them over 90 minutes to deliver, while they claim it will only take 60. Normally this doesn’t bother me to much, however, it’s Pizza Hut. It’s not as if the prep time is obnoxiously long for the pizza itself.

This Pizza Hut has gone down hill this year. The delivery time is always 60 to 90 minutes. One time I ordered a pizza was told 60 to 90 minutes and waited for 2 hours before the pizza was delivered after the restaurant closed by one of the chefs. Plus the pizza wasn’t hot at all. We will never be ordering from this place again.

It’s a Pizza Hut, so you know what you’re going to get going in. It is one of the few that has an indoor seating area and waiter service. This used to be the worst Pizza Hut I had ever been to, but it seems they must have new management or a new owner or something. The service and the employees are a total 180 from where it was just 6 months ago. I don’t order Pizza Hut too often, but I can totally tell there is a difference. Food wise, it’s standard Pizza Hut fare. If you were turned away by how the service used to be, give it another try, it is much better from a customer stand point.

This pizzahut has greatly improved it’s service and quality of food in the last 4 months. New management and staff really make you feel like you did back in the day going to pizzahut. They even have a pacman game still! Keep up the great work team!

This Pizza Hut has the worst service. Deliveries are always incorrect and even when I call in an order they get it wrong. When I call to try to get a correct order, they could care less and send out another wrong order. I had a correct order once and it was a great pizza, too bad that doesn’t happen often. Order here if you want horrible service and just whatever pizza they feel like giving you. Terrible.

Eeeeew, I tried to give this place a 5th try, thinking that MAYBE they hired a new cook or something(also because I had a few drinks and I can’t drive) but yea, same olé, same olé only WORSE! Today, I received undercooked chicken wings! The whole purpose was that I had drinks and I don’t want to cook, I might accidentally burn something. I ended up turning on the oven to finish cooking the PINK inside wings, We also ordered a large pizza which became a medium as always. a large pizza from Pizza hut used to go to the edge of the box… pictures to follow. I have ordered from this place at least 5 times in the last 2 years and it just gets worse, you are better off with ANY other place especially if you like REAL cheese on your pizza, this place uses a cheese like product.

This Pizza Hut I will never return to. First, the service was incredibly slow. We waited FOREVER for everything we ordered, as did everyone else in the restaurant. We were there for about an hour and a half, with a meal that took about twenty minutes to eat. There was one waitress, and she was in the kitchen the majority of the time we were there, sound who-knows-what. Second, it was disgusting. There was junk all over the floors, the tables were sticky, there was something yellow-brown on my glass, and the table behind us had all the leftover food from the last people to sit there still on it from the time we walked in to the time we left. Plus, there was a guy cooking food wearing a muscle shirt with sleeves that cut down to his waist. How disgusting would armpit hair be in your pizza? Third, there was this phone that would not stop ringing! Ohmygosh, it would’ve been okay, but no on answered it ever and it was set to ring, like, 16 bajillion times! What the heck? Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was alright, but go to a different Pizza Hut, ANY other Pizza Hut than this one.

OK on carryout pizza, especially with their 55 year anniversary special with a large pizza, one topping, for $ 5.55. They mixed up the pan pizza order with a hand tossed, but we didn’t bother with the mixup at this price.

Pizza Hut was cool when you could bring in your Book It button. Since then, it has lost its luster. Somebody didn’t get the memo: this is the 2nd pizza place that delivered to my workplace today. Order of 4 pizzas(Pepperoni & sausage, veggie, and some other randoms) arrived hot and on time. The sausage that Pizza Hut uses looks like larger pieces of rabbit poop. The crust has no flavor and a stale texture. I have no doubt that the ingredients are semi-fresh, but the problem is that they aren’t quality ingredients. I don’t understand how Pizza Hut stays in business. «Bargain«pizza places like Pizza Hut face tough competition: Domino’s, Little Cesar’s and Papa John’s are better.
