I own several rental properties, including one in Aurora Colorado, and have worked with some property managers over the years. I live in California so I decided to find a peppery manager for my rental property in Aurora. I went online and found Property Alliance in Aurora and spoke with a man named Scott Sharky who introduced himself as a property manager and the owner of Property Alliance. We discussed my rental property’s situation and I agreed to hire him. I flew to Colorado and met with him at the property. His appearance was not very assuring at first but after talking to him about the details, he gave me the management agreement forms that he had prepared ahead of time, and we agreed on the terms, and we decided to meet the next morning to sign the papers. The next morning he did not show up and I received an email telling me that he is too busy to manage my property and that he is sorry!
I was angry and happy at the same time. Angry because of all the time and money I spent going to Colorado to meet this man and found out that unlike his fancy website, he is an unprofessional one-​man-​band without much integrity, but I also was happy that I cut my loses short and did not leave my property in the hands of this man. I will always remember Scott Sharky at Property Alliance you should too.
